Won a stakes two back, but doesn’t appear to have the credentials to win this.  Has 20 races under his belt, bur hasn’t tried longer than 10f on the grass.  He also hasn’t had a sprint try or a race on dirt.  Colt’s SP’s are average at best, and should be given a chance to prove or disprove whether he’s been racing at his best.  Giant Causeway’s are too expensive to miss out on.  JMO

Disco Jerry creation that used Noverre as sire when that sire was a hot commodity.  This colt loves the distance and has proved his class.  He won a G3 in Sweden two races back, has a good jock, and one of the elite trainers in the sim.  Looks to be out front along with the outside horse and should hang tough till the end.

5yo out of a “G” rated mare, who made her living on dirt.  This horse has given the O/T the option of winning on dirt or turf.  Actually his dirt record shows some awesome numbers!  His best SP’s come at 8-81/2f, but he has won up to 10f.  In this he should be stalking the front-runners and be awaiting wavering of their stamina.  Top jock in the irons adds to horse’s capability.

Trainer has kept this colt ITM by placing him in small fields and light races.  Smart moves to get the most out of him.  This race is much tougher than he has experienced before.  What he’s facing here is a distance check and a gut check on class.  Saturday will bare all.

After taking this scratch bred through conditions, and riding back to back wins, Larry has decided to use the momentum to carry this colt to his first graded victory.  Will that be accomplished?  Let’s see…distance is no problem…jock is good….(trainer leaves much to be desiredJ J)….it appears to be a matter of class, and whether horse has peaked already.   If this 4yo still has his running shoes on this Saturday, the race sets up perfect for him.

If this colt wasn’t being placed here by bodgit, I’d say, “no way Jose!”  However, he paid an ungodly amount of sim bucks for him in the auction, and the horse is one for one on the turf.  The horse has proven distance capability, and the one win on the grass tells of ability there, so let’s wait and see, just as trainer is.

Last three graded events have been terrible.  Showed spark four races back when at his peak.  Since then has bee off form and hoping to return to some sort of line to place in this.  Horse still has a condition to fulfill.  If he is still sour here, allowance race to gain condition is next.

4yo out of an “F” rated mare.  Manni has decided that it’s boring winning the weekly stakes races, and wants a graded win for this class act.  Will more than likely break fast from the outside, and be in excellent position the whole race.  Good jock, good trainer, proper distance and surface….good luck.
