All of the ladies in this race in this race are dazzling. They are all good racers and have a lot of talent behind them. For some this is their first graded stakes run, others have been at this level before. It will be interesting to see which of these ladies comes out on top in the end.

This horse here has been on a hot streak. In its first 4 races its put up a 3,0,0,1 record. The way this horse has been going it will be hard to beat. Look for this horse to come from about 1-2 1/2 lengths back to take the lead. She likes to sit just off a leader pressing all the time. She is in top form and ready to roll. She can win this race if she continues to run her style of race.

After a 3rd place finish last time out this horse will look to improve on that race. She has had good speed in her past 3 races all top 5 finishes. Look for this horse to stay near the front until about the middle of the race and see if she can hold on for the extra distance. She has had the right type of times but not the best results maybe that changes today.

After this horses last race, a 2nd with a blazing fast 80 sp in a g3, you can see how her connections would look for it to improve in this g2. This horse has the speed to win this race and loves to come from the middle of the pack. I can see this horse coming from about 5 lengths back to take the win. I think this horse will be tough to beat. Her late closing style seems to set her up nicely.

A.P. Indy x Storm Cat x Danzig
This horse has only ran one race and it was a great performance. Posting an 80 sp for the win. This horse got out in front and stayed there opening the gap by 4 3/4 lengths. Daylight scores with big spf’s are very impressive with babies. I think it will be tough to beat this one if she makes the lead because her pedigree says she will stay the 6.5 easy. She looks like she will be the one to catch late.
PP 5 Save The Day TR Leesnyder 14/1
Langfuhr x Carson City x Noholme 2
This horse won its first two in slow times by daylight before taking a huge step forward in a g3. She finished 3rd in the g3 posting a sp of 79. She made a huge move late closing from 13th to 3rd and if she can step up some here it may all fall her way. Her last race was just a little shorter then this one so maybe the added ground will help this horse get her picture taken. She will be there when the real running starts.
PP 6 Gutshot Straight TR Stylez3 7/1
Stravinski x Danzig x The Pruner
This horse broke its maiden in its last race. With speeds in the upper 70’s and the way this horse likes to come from behind, she will be a factor in this race late. She won her second race by a widening 3 lengths so her ability to match the others time wise is not really in question. She has the late turn of foot now she needs to get a jump on a few of the other closers in this race to be a graded lady
PP 7 Nantucket Sound TR Chloedawg 18/1
Sunriver x Quiet American x Storm Bird
This horse is coming of a bad outing in a g3 on a sloppy dirt track. She did not like the mud. Luckily there is reason to believe she will improve because this race on fast dirt. Another one that likes to be on or near the near the lead and before showing a late burst of speed. She is a graded winner at 4.5 and while this is a longer race, no one else can say that in this race. I think this horse can be a real contender in this race.. She can win this race if she runs back to prior efforts.
PP 8 Ninety Five Theses TR Theprofit 7/2
Johannesburg x Seattle Slew x Defrere
This horse has been hot in its last 3 races, winning all 3. She has been putting up great speeds for 2 year olds. Her speeds are quickest and her form is excellent, so what’s not to like. She will stalk from just off the lead until she makes one final burst. Anything can happen with babies but this ones speed figures seem to give her an edge. Could be a graded filly on Sunday.

Came Home x General Meeting x Mr. Prospector
This horse has won two of three races with speeds in the 70’s. Her last race she won with a 77 sp coming from 5th to take the lead. Look for her to hang with the pack most of the race, then make a move around the 4th or 5th furlong mark. With her come from behind style she can win this race. They are all so evenly matched that its hard to say that any can’t win… So I won’t this gal can win!
Final Thoughts
There are a lot of great horses in this race. All have shown that they have a lot of talent and its going to be hard to say who is going to win. There are a lot of horses that like to close in this race and I think it comes down to who makes the best move at the right time. I am going to take Ninety Five Theses in this race, I think she will be the toughtest to beat in this race.
