1 | GONE WYLDE | 5/1 | One of the many F’arse entries, however, this one is legit. We’ll have to throw last out as it was a prep for this. Owner and jock are scheming brothers that are under investigation by
2 | BLESSED BELLE | 3/1 |
This 5yo is out of a he/she “B” rated mare that made a very lucrative career on dirt. “Belle” has pretty much followed suit, but has done the turf thing earlier in her career. She certainly won’t have any problem with the distance; the surface is the question mark as to how she will adapt. Her game is one of pressing the pace, but how does this fit into F’arse’s plan of attack here? The only other F’arse entry that looks good is the #7 horse that is a closer. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure what they’re trying to do, but these guys aren’t the brightest lights out there J
3 | DEAD SOLID PERFECT( | 11/1 |
I love ya “Snowy”, but you’re gonna need some big time karma to be in this. The Fat man bred this mare for you and convinced you she was a turfer. However, this gal loves dirt going long. Give her a couple more tries on that brown stuff. After that piece of meaningless advice, she may have a chance for a piece of the action late. Decent jock helps.
4 | KEVORKIAN AVENGER(NZ) | 12/1 |
The only decent progeny out of a “G” rated mare bred by said trainer. Trainer is the head honcho of the F’arse group (originally ARSE), but has the saddest stock of the group. This filly being the exception. Wait! I take that back, Raider has the saddest stock of the group. Wait! You’re both tied for the saddest. Getting back to the filly…she had been a surprise to all at DelPenn in her 2yo season where she ran wild. As a 3yo she hasn’t lived up to the standards set. She’s a sprinter/miler at heart and probably won’t be a factor here.
5 | AVENGER’S STUPOR | 9/1 |
Filly was named while trainer was in “Crown” mode. She turned out fairly well despite being bred while in his stupor. She’s out of the “C” rated Queenavenger mare that surprisingly hasn’t produced something more promising. OH, I forgot who bred them…sorry. I must say however, trainer has been using top of the line sires lately and her progeny should be classier. A very nice allowance filly here.
6 | AVENGER’S SWAIN( | 81/1 |
Bred out of a mare called Cincinnati Ant. Probably should have been named Cincinnati Slug. Well that’s a little too harsh as she was bred to Swain who doesn’t really get his progeny rolling until they’re 9 or 10 yrs. old. Let’s see, TA will be 70 and I’ll be in a “home” or dead.
7 | CHANGE MY | 9/2 |
F’arse’s hope for the win here. As pointed out above, the plan looks good on paper, but one gets the feeling F’arse will blow it. I feel sorry for this nice mare. She’s in the hands of an incompetent drunken rock ‘n roller. However, she does have Ross in the irons and that in itself makes up for trainer’s lack of ability. Her last race had better have been a prep for this, or she’s in trouble. She’s extremely good at 8-9f.
8 | 7/2 |
My horse, which obviously is the winner. However, if she doesn’t cut the mustard, I have cut and pasted some of F’arse’s famous excuses to use.
9 | DEHERE CONNECTION | 8/1 |
Ivan’s mare could be dangerous here. She finally broke into the SP100 bracket albeit longer than today. She was bought at auction back in May of ’06, and has done well for the transplanted
10 | DRIVEN DEMON(KY) | 18/1 |
3yo that may bust out in this. Filly rolls back to distance she has won at before and sooner or later will break the SP100 barrier. However, jock is questionable. G. Wylde’s nephew is in the irons and has been well groomed in dirty racing tactics by his uncles. The kid would have a bright future if he took his tack to a different track. He’s a little naïve and venerable right now and that doesn’t bode well for his future. But, he hasn’t sworn allegiance to the “family” yet, so there is some hope.
11 | WANG CHUNG(GB) | 21/1 |
Kinda wish super had something more to offer in this. Evidently WW was smoking some of his “wang chung” when he entered this filly. WW, you’re asking for a F’arse butt whippin’ here.
Well, when it’s over and done…we’ll either be snowed over by bravado from F’arse, or it will be so quiet you’ll be able to hear the mouse urinating in the 14th stall at
