Sharp Ivor Turf Mare Route Stakes

Just another tune-up for NEO FORTY

Welcome to the Sharp Ivor Turf Mare Route Stakes for Fillies and mares, 4 years old and up, A mile and five sixteenths on the Firm Turf Course for a purse of $55,000. This is the 2nd of 2 stakes races here today it seems that they had very few trainers that wanted to
take on NEO FORTY for such a low purse as this is just a tune up for this awesome 4yo. Not sure where she’s headed next but this will be just a work out for her.  The lifetime earnings for the daughter of NEW APPROACH crossed with FORTY NINER x LYPHARD are amazing: $3,053,084 with 7 graded victories of which 4 were grade 1 wins

Well here’s the field:

Managed a show finish last time out in the The Oil Academy Turf Mare Route but was well back. Not expected to press NEO FORTY for very long.  A show finish is the only hope here.

Not much to say here.  Just a track horse to pace the field at the break if she’s within 25 lenths I’ll be surprised.

PP 4 DRAGON TATTOO(AUS) 7/2
(HUSSONET x THEATRICAL(IRE) x DANZIG)
Game Dam : THEATRICAL FOG(IRE) Bred by bigspruce owner: Shamrock Stables
Turf   19  10  0  2  $96,863
Routes  9   6  0  1  $77,780
Total  21  10  0  2  $96,863
Nice looking filly looking to start competing against the big girls if she runs close here could be a sign of things to come.  A 2nd place is a for sure here.  She does have a 3rd place finish in the Skogby’s Dame Turf Mare Route but she was well back.  This race should help her as NEO FORTY will be flying in the stretch

Good luck to the entries
