Niner Revealing Challenge featured in
$65,000 in purse attracts 6 horses to
1 –
Kings Best x Forestry x Lyphard
– This filly is bred pretty well and it’s a shame she isn’t as good as her pedigree shows. Her Maiden win was in very good style but the rest of her starts weren’t very good, but she seems to like 4 to 5 furlongs so that will suit her best in a Allowance.
2 – U B Sure – 37/1
Storming Home x Machiavellian x Miswaki
– Super Inbred here. Got a early 3 way Mr. Prospector cross and a early Machiavellian cross. No wonder this horse isn’t very good. I can say 3 words. Dump in Claimers.
3 – Gran Fern – 4/1
Hansel x Storm Cat x
– The second best bred horse in the field and this one is bred to run. 2 starts ago she ran 3rd in a Stakes coming off 2 straight wins. Last start she ran 2nd in a Stakes by a length with a 75SF.
4 – Pure As Gold – 3/1
Pure Prize x Storm Cat x Zabeel
– Another Storm Cat dam sired horse. She is 3rd favourite and is probably bred to go a fair bit longer. She has a very nice Storm Cat influence in her lines. After losing by a head in debut she came out and won a MSW by 2 lengths easily. Next time she won a Allowance over a mile with a 77SF. Last time she won a Stakes over 6 furlongs by nearly 2 lengths with a 79SF. She could very well be the winner. She has only lost 1 race in her 4 starts and it was by a Head.
5 – Future Possible – 2/1
Victory Gallop x Polish Numbers x Caro
– Here is a runner from the Foxon stables by Victory Gallop. She has won nearly $80,000 in earning from only 5 starts and is the 100 ranked 2yo Colt Dirt Sprinter. In debut this talented filly ran 3rd in a MSW only by 1 ¾ lengths and their was room for improvement. She found a extra half furlong in her next start and ran 2nd in a MSW by ½ length after leading the whole way. In her 3rd start she finally broke her maiden in a full field with a 80SF. She lead the whole way to hold off a 1 length win at the wire. Next time she found a extra 1 ½ furlongs when she raced in a stakes over 7.5 Furlongs and she ran 3rd by nearly 3 lengths with a 80SF. Last start she won a Stakes race over 7.5 Furlongs in a 4 horse field and she won super impressively winning by 2 ½ lengths. She is backing up 4 weeks later which isn’t too bad. She has been racing superb of late and cant see her getting beat in this race.
6 – Midnight Rose – 3/2
Forty Niner x Summer Squall x Unbridled
– An unraced Blueblood filly here. She is debuting in a Stakes which isn’t always a bright idea but its worth a try. She is bred to run with Mr. P, Northern Dancer & Raise A Native all in her line.
Selections
5) Future Possible backing off a Stakes Win I cant see anything beating it in this race.
6) Midnight Rose for 2nd as it is a debuter who is bred superbly it is deserving to win this race too.
4) Pure As Gold is better then the rest of the field so ill put it as 3rd.
