Royal Louis doesn’t Disappoint

Mach of a Prime jumped to the front out of the gate in front of Brave Ulysses. It was a two horse race 1/3 of the way in with Dixiepark Rats being the only other in with a chance.

At the top of the stretch Brave Ulysses made his move and went on by a fading Mach of a Prime. Easy as Pie and M is for Mark were both coming strong, though neither was able to get to the front. If this race was a furlong further the results may have been drastically different. Brave Ulysses held on for the victory over M is for Mark and Mach of a Prime with Easy as Pie filling out the superfacta.

Brave Ulysses paid $6.70 to win and the trifecta paid a nice $229.30.
