Briant Breeding & Racing Empire presents this New Zealand bred mare. With 6 wins from 16 starts and in the best of company she is doing the job right for her connections. A win 3 starts back in the Remember Stakes-G3 over 9f point to a good run coming here. Solid breeding says the journey should be no problem. Only one run this distance was on dirt for a good third and odds makers seem to think that she is going to do well. Front runner who will try to lead all the way.

Surprisingly the only foal of the C Grade mare KAYLA’S BEST PRADO(IRE) bred this stunning 5 yrold mare is trained by Elenalag Stables a great supporter of the very important Bargain Bred Racing Series . This mare is far from a cheap breed and has a stunning career so far. 8 wins from 29 starts some in top company she is a graded performer and will figure in this finish. Her last 6 starts have produced 6 100+ sp. A recent change to stakes races has proved fruitful. She will sit just off pace in this and come home strong in stretch.

Pierchinski Stables brings us this 4 yrold mare from the good producer OTTO INFINITY 16 starts have produced 6 wins . Her sister ELUSIVE INFINITY is already a Graded winner and I can see no reason this mare will not join her very soon . Her only runs beyond 9f have not produced much and this must be the biggest worry for her owners.

ONEWORLD Stables – Established Wk. 634 trains this 6yrold mare who is the winner of $1.4 million . She has won 14 of 44 . She has tried longer distances lately with not much success and a return to 10f may pay dividends here. Her last 10f run produced a close 5^th in the World Cup Ladies Turf Classic — Restricted-G1 and two starts be fore that a win in the G1 Queen Cersei Stakes with a 104sp. She is a multiple graded winner and should track the leader all the way.

Winterfell Racing runner this 4yrold mare is from grade placed mare BAKU the dam also of stakes placed MY TOMMY BOY 7 wins from 13 starts and seem to find 10f her pet distance with 4 wins at this journey. She has a G1 placing and has won at G2 so look for her to go close here.in one of the most even graded races this year. The favourite is at 5/1 and the outsider at 12/1 in a 12 horse field you don’t come to much more even. One of the on pace runners in this field which should mean a torid pace throughout and a strong time.

Pilgrim Stables trains this mare by BOSTON HARBOR who has a nice record but may find some of these a little tough . Her last 2 starts have seen a improvement in fortunes with an allowance win over 9f and a stakes win over 10f so if she improves again might figure here for a place chance at least. Front runner who will be there for a long way.

Another 100+sp performer this one trained by Murray1 Stables is from LOVELY RITA who has produced CANADIAN IDOL a stakes winner . She is the bookies favourite in this. She has not won a race this year and her recent racing has been a distances shorter than this so it will be interesting to see if a step up in distance makes a difference. She has run some solid races and her last start 3^rd in the OK Bayou BB Handicap-G3 closing late say she will go close. It looks as if she will be just off the leaders and power home.

By the mighty STORM CAT she is from the equally as mighty Topicount Stables and has won 9 from 39 she has raced a lot on wet turf tracks but has a good record on dry tracks. She has a nice record at 10f and won the Black Gold Stakes-G1 on a wet track in Australia. She has won at her last two attempts at 10f and should be right in this. Midfield runner who may appreciate the fast pace .

10 114350 SMOKEY THEATRE(IRE) baracoon N Tippins 6/1

Another of the good quality 4yrold mares in this field by THEATRICAL(IRE) from SMOKEY COON the dam also of NEON DEION(AUS) a stakes placed runner she is trained by Pierchinski Stables she has won 8 from 18 so far and over $400,000 in winnings. She has not been out of the money in her last 4 starts at 9 and 9.5f and can be expected to be in the first 3 again here. She should race handy .

11 102254 FUTURISTIC shades T Blake 8/1

The master of EAAA Coolk Stables run by kev . Nice stakes performer who has won at graded company in the Bird Legs Cup-G2 over 10f and only adds to the puzzle when trying to select the winner here. She has won 10 from 35 and also has 17 placings winning over $600,000 so far. Her rider may look to run further back in the field in this and hope for a run late in stretch.

12 95508 OTTO PLATINUM verona B Wahoo 11/1

Last but not least comes this well bred MINESHAFT 6yrold who has won 12 from 23. She gives Pierchinski Stables and strong hand in this along with SMOKEY THEATRE(IRE) and she is a proven stakes and graded performer and may well win this. Another handy runner and it could be an interesting race to watch as on their previous runs it could be the charge of the light brigade and we may see 12 horses spread side by side across track wire to wire an interesting thought.
