EUROTRASH(KY) READY TO GO

Welcome to the Ostend racecourse for the running of the Bean Sprout Turf Cup Grade II A mile and one sixteenth Firm Turf $250,000 All horses, 3 years old . Eleven running go to the starting gates for this one lets get a look at them

PP1 ABOVE THE LAW(NY) super16 B Ampe 23/1

JADE HUNTER x THEATRICAL(IRE) x ROBERTO

Lightly raced runner from the super group of stables . Has only one win to date in a msw big sp jump 2 starts ago in 9f allowance race . Will probably try to lead from this #1 barrier but with no stakes form to recommend may struggle to lead all the way.

PP2 WOODEN MAST(KY) rrlogans A Glover 8/1

MIZZEN MAST x WOODMAN x GREEN DESERT

Doesn’t win them out of turn but has improved dramatically in the last 3 starts as a 3yrold . Nice run 3 starts ago in the G3-Chantily Lace Cap over a mile when only 3 1/2L from the winner . Was 4th last time out over this distance when he wilted in the last bit after being handy throughout . If he has improved with that run he can be expected to figure in the finish.

PP3 EUROTRASH(KY) roberto A Smith 8/5

EUROSILVER x STORM CAT x MR. PROSPECTOR

I managed to catch his last race in Ascot in the G2-The Ascot Mile where he won like a good horse . He was a good performer on dirt track but switch to turf has worked the oracle producing four good runs each better than the one before . He has won over this distance on dirt and this reporter see’s no reason he wont do it again here . I think he’s a special for all punter . Head to the tote now and wait to collect.

PP4 YESIMALLLITUPAGAIN(JPN) themainman A Ampe 10/1

FANTASTIC LIGHT x SEEKING THE GOLD x METFIELD

Another who has enjoyed it a lot more since being swapped to grass racing . Already a grade winner in the G3-Theregoesmyhero Stakes . He has mixed his for a little since but i think this distance should suit him to a tee . His dam FIELDS OF GOLD was grade placed over 7.5f on turf and this colt has taken it one step with his graded win. Will get back in running and look to power home late.

PP5 ALBA GURU(SAF) manapace T Greene 14/1

OPERA KING x EXCHANGE RATE x CAPOTE

Has so far found sprint racing more to his liking although one win was at 8f in a msw in a slow time . It would appear his chances would be better back in sprint racing. His dam KELLEY GURU did win over ground on dirt.

PP6 MOMENT OF TRUTH(IRE) pm R Starr 16/1

SHAMARDAL x DANEHILL x NUREYEV

Aptly named and this may be his six races to date have produced only one win in msw but in quite respectable time and with a 91sp . This is a lot harder and personally i would have liked to see how he went in stakes company before taking on graded racing . His dam is stakes placed and he has strong breeding behind him he may find himself figuring in the money.

PP7 THE BLADE(KY) bevroniii J Holmes 10/1

SKY CLASSIC x LYPHARD x TROY(GB)

Yet another who’s early racing was on dirt has found turf more to his liking . 2nd two starts ago in the St-The SMELLING SALTS Stakes may be the best race to look at to access his chance here. He ran to a big lead and was only nabbed late going down by a 1/4 length to the stakes winner ELVIS VICTORY(AUS).

Will be hard to beat again here.

PP8 FOOTSTEPS ON GRASS(GB) robroe Se Morris 9/1

FOOTSTEPSINTHESAND (GB) x SHARPEN UP(GB) x NINISKI

Has only raced seven times for 3 wins and 3 placings he has improved with every run and has steppedup in class and distance easily and may continue to get better in next few months leading up to Christmas . He won well over 9.5f last time out in the St-The KARANA(GB) Memorial . Will run just behind place and may run into it late.

PP9 C YOU AT THE WIRE(IRE) lawyerron T Littleton 7/1

HIGH CHAPARRAL (IRE) x RAINBOW QUEST x DANEHILL

Bred to be good by the young sire of the moment HIGH CHAPARRAL (IRE) he is doing the job in style so far in his career . Great run for 2nd starts back in the G3-Dante Stakes points to good run here if he can handle drop back in distance . Was not disgraced last time out where he stopped late in the G1-Adelaide Derby and trainer obviously thinks better things lay ahead .

PP10 NATURITA(KY) dozaa J Van Dam 9/1

STORM CAT x MISWAKI x AL HATTAB

Strongly bred colt who has won his last four in a row. From the solid racemare COCKY MISWAKI the winner of seven races and $181,587 in stakes and her son has carried that consistency. He will trail the leaders and will be the hardest for the favourite to beat. He has won both his route races both in stakes company .

PP11 BRUTAL DISCHARGE(GB) aggots T Iommi 8/1

MOTIVATOR (GB) x MACHIAVELLIAN x ROBERTO

Trainer has picked the ideal race to try this impressive colt in . Has only raced five times for three wins . had nice win in conditional allowance race last time out over 8f in 1:35 3/5 with a 98sp . We will have to take him a bit on trust as he is yet to run in this class of race another of the trailers who will look to get in the finish of this.

1ST EUROTRASH(KY)

2ND NATURITA(KY)

3RD WOODEN MAST(KY)
