Your small, but still important Missouri Stakes

We have a small field for your Missouri stakes race this week.  This four horse field will feature scout5’s Medals In A Row, sigone’s Gold Dance, atrsim’s Depdub, and mav1764’s Heart Of Light.  That is all, 4 horses, so why don’t we meet them.  We will meet scout5’s first.  He is in PP number 1

MEDALS IN A ROW- The long shot in this four horse field is this guy.  This field is small though and this guy is sitting at 7/2.  This mares pedigree looks like this War Emblem x Ela-Mana-Mou x Hail To Reason.  She is coming off a fifth place in a stakes race and 2 allowance shows.  Her highest SP was an 84 in her last race though.  This race is 7 FL and the horse is best at running at 8-8.5 FL.  In the saddle today will be S. Washington.  This man has 35 races under his belt this season with a 28% ITM.  He has 2 wins, 7 places, and 1 show.  Look for this horse to take the race right out of the gate.  She may not lead it all the way though.  He will start beside the next horse who is in PP number 2

GOLD DANCE- This girl is sitting at 6/5.  Mujadil x Dancing Count x Golden Act, is what this mares pedigree looks like.  She is having a great career with 10 races she has won, placed or showed in 9 of them.  Her only other was a 4^th placer.  She is running SP’s in the high 80’s and Low 90’s.  She is coming off a stakes win place and 2 shows.  She is running well at all distances the owner gives her so look for her to start out at about mid pack and take it home down the stretch.  Sitting on her will be F. Mac.  Mac this year has already 241 races.  With a total of 50 wins!!!  His ITM is 51% and I would love to have this jockey.  He has earned 393 thousand already this year, and is hoping to get his 51^st win.  Next to him we have

DEPDUB- This mare is sitting in there at 3/1.  Her pedigree consists of Deputy Storm x Deputy Minister x Smarten Up.  She also has 10 races under he saddle, but has less of an ITM.  She only has 2 wins, 2 places, and 2 shows.  Her SP’s are only in the high 70’s and low 80’s.  She try’s to push it at the end so don’t be surprised if she can pull it out in the stretch.  Her last few races have gotten her a first, two thirds and a fifth place finish.  The distance could hurt her here because she has only been racing in 6 FL races.  She could benefit from the extra furlong though.  This one will either have a great race or a really bad race.  Sitting in her saddle will be Or. Euler.  Euler this year has 126 races under his belt with an ITM of 40%.  He does have a total of 25 wins though.  Last, but certainly not least we have PP number 4

HEART OF LIGHT- Light is sitting at 8/5, but with only 9 races under his belt.  His pedigree looks like this, Tiznow x Unbridled x Hoist The Flag.  She has 6 wins and 2 places in her 9 races, and is running SP’s in the high 80’s and low 90’s.  Her last few races have featured a poor 11^th place in her last race, but a 2^nd and 3 firsts before that.  All in stakes races, and her 11^th placer was in a G2 stakes race.  Look for this mare to Try to take the lead and hold it all the way, as she has done that before.  On her back today will feature L. Habib.  Habib this season has 216 races this season.  He has a 44% ITM and 29 wins.
