Perpertrator(IRE) had the early edge in this one, but could mever open any real kind of cushion, with Dal House fighting him for every inch in the early going. Surgeon Tubes parked a couple lengths off there tail and just settled in on the rail. About the maximum Perpertrator(IRE) could open up was a half length, and just before the halfway mark, Dal House pushed past him on the outside. Dal house managed to hold off the onrushing Surgeon Tubes until they passed the ten furlong marker, and after that there was no stopping the fired up closer. For the last five furlongs, Surgeon tubes simply dominated, opening up seven and a half on his nearest rival as they crossed the finish line. Dal House gained second place honors. Elephant(GB) never really showed the close she can be capable of, and rounded out the top three, eleven and three quarters out at the wire.
