Joanie’s Red Pony Tops Card In France
Joanie’s Red Pony Tops Card In
I went out early to catch the morning workouts and it wasn’t long before Carson’s Touch (3/5) came by in her bright pink polos. She is a nice looking bay filly and was very well behaved as she galloped a slow mile. She is trained by Holychow and her best recent finish was a second in The Storm The West Stake. She has some gas but seems unable to carry it past 5 furlongs.
The light grey filly Tatletale (9/2) chugged by with a short choppy stride that reminded one of a washing machine. The daughter of Eavesdropper has only one win in four tries and that was in a restricted allowance but every race gives her expierence. She had an excuse in her last race when she was fractious at the gate and ran poorly but trainer Zman told me he had that problem fixed and thinks she will do better from now on.
Green Reaper (4/1) is a daughter of Desert Style and is owned and trained by Bbudgies. The bright bay long strided fill galloped by on a long rein and was clearly enjoying herself. She has been in the money in two of three starts and has a maiden win. She has some speed and has improving speed figures which should get her a good piece of the action.
Decision (5/2) galloped by with the pony and was bucking and playing the whole way. The good feeling chestnut filly is by Redoute’s Choice and is trained by Ashleigh. She has only one win but is 2/3 in the money. She has a win at the distance which should help.
Good Luck to all.
