to become the premier 3 year old filly at the track. For some this is a corner
turning race to see if you can really get that second turn or will you just become
one turn sally for your career. Lets take a closer look at the filly vying for Miss

for 10 in the money and can make excuses for both misses looks like the winner
on paper, but we know these races are not run on paper.
4 74840 GLADSTONE wistful2 R Mansur 6/1-Making the jump across the pond, have
to wonder why, looked good in the last 3 furlongs last time out once horse realized
there was a race going on. wistful2 thinks that the change of scenery is what this
horse needs. hope to see more of this horse at this track she looks like she could
take down a stake or two with a focused run.
5 6323 COZY CAT goodtimes L Sutton 7/2-That beating you hear is cozy cat beating
the rain dance drum this horses’ last win came over the mud and looks like that is his
only hope today.
6 103035 MAMA GREENBUCKS stevetoga A Brown 8/1-The least classest filly in the race,but she does have a two race winning streak and seems to be improving every time out, can she make the jump to compete in stakes company??

1-SOLUTIONS- Can see why they made this horse the favorite, it has run against better than
this, but didnt run very well and speed figures dont make this a mortal lock in this one
and if you are betting at 9/5 she does not warrant a second glance. I am not saying that she
cant win this race but i think looking at her gallop earlier this week i commented to kdiv that
she looked a little tired he agreed, and stated after this race we need to let her recharge her
batteries and start fresh in midsummer. Her late kick will not have much to run at this time out
as i dont see a speed duel materializing in this one N Gardner is going to have to show why he is one of the top jocks at the track to get this one in the winners circle.
2-WINTER BALL-Horse just missed last time out in a lower level starter race, so the question had to beasked of hills as to why is this horse now running with stakes competition, and the answer was she seems to run to her competition as witnessed by her last two places but that was at least one step down, from thiscompetition in this race i think her only hope is to be the lone speed and steal the race N Trumbull likesto be in the front so that would explain him getting and taking this mount, maybe they want to see if she can handle the front.
3-STORM IN A DANCER- this young filly is due for a win at this level she has the numbers and consistencyto get it done and at a decent price. R Rehberger may take this filly to the front with the overall lack of speedin this race. If winter ball fires and gets the lone lead this one will be right there to pounce and if it comes downt to that storm in a dancer walks away with this race, I think this is the best filly in this race and perhaps one of the best three year olds period stabled at the track.
4-GLADSTONE-Makes her US debut here today as wistful2 thinks that since she is going to be strictly a dirt runnerthat there are more big fish over here to catch than in europe. this horse has to be considered coming off of her 3 big allowances wins in a row and her last race wistful2 says it was more like a work but was happy that she moved when asked.. That race was a tune up for this race. I think this filly fits here really nice with her pressing, falling back and charge style looks like it may work today to at least pick up a small piece of the pie.
5-COZY CAT-Her speed figures give her a shot but the lack of rain may keep her out of the winners circle,but dont discount her chances today if she runs her race she will pick up a piece of the pie and if it rains you may want to put her on top of your exactas.
6-MAMA GREENBUCKS- the hottest horse in the race and that means alot this horse may have found her stride, and looks to make it 3 in a row today. her trainer stevetoga really likes her chances so much that on the drive in from arkansas he joked about how soft this race came up and his filly should walk home with her first stakes win. I like horses that come in to a race with their heads held high and kicking dowh the barn door ready to run again, with a win
today stevetoga mentioned that she may take on the boys of arizona in a upcoming stakes race.
