Lite Wells Scores In Japan

Lite Wells walked all over the field of the Ali’s Tater Stakes this week in Japan. The son of Sadler’s Wells jumped out to an uncontested lead, and had put 5 lengths between himself and the next competitor within the first two furlongs. Elyod’s Red and Guns Of August rallied in the stretch but still had over two lengths to make up at the wire. Lite Wells ran a 107 for the race. Elyod’s Red and Guns Of August ran a 105 and a 104.
