PP#1  Melek Ha Cavode trained by genesis66 is 5/1 and ridden by W Baumann. This chestnut colt is the son of Touch Gold. 4 races, 3 wins. He won the Dancin’ Visa Cap but had a disappointing finish in the Fountain of Ute G2 which I believe was due to track conditions. Great chance of finishing in the money.

 

PP#2 Narnu Farm trained by trotter201 and ridden by L Gann is coming out at 14/1. Our Emblem sired this colt that looks like he will enjoy this longer track. Out of 6 races 1-0-1. Best finishes include winning a MSW and a 3rd in an allowance running an 85. With the added distance he might just pick up and go.

 

PP#3 Cursed Silver Ted trained by purchase, ridden by D Ellard and shows up at 9/1. This is a brown colt by Crusader’s Song. Out of five races: 1-1-2. This colt always has finished in the top four of every race. His speeds are consistant 86-86-83-87-82. I am not sure how he will handle this distance though.

 

PP#4 Dawn Flier trained by greydawn is at 13/1 and ridden by C Stubbs. Fly Till Dawn is the sire of this light grey colt. Out of 10 races 2-2-1. He has proven to like this distance and likes the Florida track.He has shown consistant speeds:85-83-87-86

 

PP#5 Pedro’s Ransom trained by roar99, ridden by W Case and at the high odds of 23/1. This is a brown colt by Red Ransom. With 9 races:3-0-1.

I really don’t know what this horse is going to do because his last two allowances where one was a good dirt track, the other under a mile.

 

PP#6 Uncrumbling trained by proxy is 9/2 and ridden by O Barrett.This is a chestnut colt by Crafty Prospector and out of 9 races: 2-4-1. He won an allowance running an 86. He has consistant speed figures: 88-89-94-86-87. His speed jumped when he was on good dirt….so he might be a fan of an off track. He is the favorite today though.

 

PP#7 Forty Laughs trained by wistful, is ridden by A Darling and is at 5/1. A brown colt by Forty Niner that has 8 races:3-1-1. Classic bump alert! 82-94-89-90-80…..=maybe a 90 or higher. He won an allowance but finished badly in the Sunny’s Prospector Stakes G2. He might be competition today.

 

PP#8 Get Going trained by koolaid is 20/1 and ridden by L Buchta. This is a brown colt by Easyfromthegitgo with 7 races: 3-0-0. His last race he won an allowance at this distance running an 87. I think I will ignore his odds.

 

PP#9 Seattle Union trained by articboy is ridden by K Hickling and is 7/1.This is a brown colt by Dixie Union. He has 12 races 2-1-1. In his last five races his best finish was a 3rd in an allowance running a 90. I don’t see him coming through today.

 

PP#10 Worlds In Motion trained by species48 is at 5/1 and ridden by V Gardner. My favorite in this race. This chestnut colt is by Lemon Drop Kid. He has 9 races: 3-4-0. He finished 2nd in the Roofie Colada Special running a 93 and the Kelly’s Prospector Special running an 85. He is my pick to win.

 

PP#11 Deputy Strip trained by glitercod3, is ridden by E Rickert and shows up at 13/1. A brown colt by Comic Strip that is coming from an allowance win at this distance running an 83. Possible to end up in the top three….? It could be.

 

PP#12 Jurassic Rapier trained by nsw, ridden by S Popo and at 11/1 This is another colt in this race that is a favorite picked to finish in the top three. A chestnut colt by Rahy with 11 races: 3-3-3. Out of his last five races he has always finished in the top three. He won an allowance at this distance running an 87. Ignore the odds…this horse is here to run.
