Equinics George Moore features the best Marathoner’s in the Sim.

Equinics George Moore features the best Marathoner’s in the Sim.

20 incredible marathoners from 20 different residencies battle out the George Moore.

In the fourth ever Equinics series this will be the 3rd running of the 4yo+ Males 16F Turf starting in 2002 where the race was named THE BYLERY TURK. The running of this race had 14 runners for its Grade I form. 3 runners from those races are still active today but not running aswell as then. The winner of the 2002 event was lygerbomb’s Our Wars who was a great horse who won 3 million. He represented ASR (now known as GSR) in that race. He lead the whole way to win by 4 lengths and run a 102 Speed Figure. The top 7 in that race were all retired and the only one that was successful was the winner Our Wars who produced a Stakes Winner.

In 2004’s version THE ALBERTVILLE RENDEZ-VOUS D.C. Savage won by 6 ¾ lengths for DelPenn National. He posted a 109 Speed Figure and went on to win $1.2 Million. D.C. Savage just ran a couple of weeks ago running 2nd in a Stakes and he is still going strong. The 2004 field featured a 16 horse field dazzled with great horses.

Now we get to 2006’s running named the George Moore. 20 runners from 20 residencies all battle it out to be named a Equinics Event Winner and to earn points for their residencies. Now as we get to the field.

Alysheba’s Blue is a son of Alysheba and is trained by 4agoodtime representing the Vermont Residency.  This 6yo has a record of 46 starts, 8 wins and 12 placings for $354,000 in earnings. He is ranked 88 in the Older Males Long Turf rankings. He has only ever won 1 graded race and it was the G3 Run All Day Stks in 2004. Has been running in stakes races of late and 7 starts back he won a Stakes Race by 3 ½ lengths with a 98 Speed Figure. In his next 2 starts he was to run 3rd and 5th by decent amounts but he bounced back from that to win a 13 Furlong stakes by 2 ¼ lengths. After that he contested a Grade III where he ran 5th out of 14 runners by 6 lengths. Two starts back he ran 3rd in a stakes leading all the way to be run down and lose by 5 ¼ lengths. Last time out he blew a Stakes Field away over 14 Furlongs leading all the way and won by 3 lengths. He hasn’t ran in a race this year but I don’t think it will hurt too much. I think it will represent Vermont well but im not sure if he’ll be able to come in the Top 3.

ZZ ZZAR is a son of Zalazl and is trained by holyghost representing the Queensland Residency. The 5yo has had 30 starts for 13 wins and 9 placings for $460,000 in earnings. He is ranked 76 in the Older Males Long Turf rankings. Only ever contested one graded stakes and it was the G1 John Scott Appretiation Stakes where he ran 6th. 7 starts back he won a Stakes race by 4 ½ lengths before winning a Allowance by 3 lengths with a 102 Speed Figure. About a month later ZZ ZZAR ran 2nd in a Allowance by 3 ½ lengths but bounced back to win a Stakes Race by 3 ¼ lengths over 13 Furlongs. He led all the way to post a 102 Speed Figure. 3 starts back he ran 2nd in a Stakes over 11 Furlongs coming from 5th to lose by 2 ½ lengths with a 102 Speed Figure. After that he ran 2nd by ¼ length over 12 Furlongs in a Queensland residency race Allowance with a 92 Speed Figure. But last time out he came with the goods to win another 16F Residency Allowance Race by 6 ¼ lengths with a 85 Speed Figure and earnt his spot in the field. He is a good horse when he is up front or in the lead but his last two starts weren’t at all fantastic but he should run very well.

Dante is a son of Diesis and is trained by 2ofus representing the GR Simsters Residency. The 7yo has had 54 starts for 17 wins and 22 placings. The warrior has earnt $3,847,000 in earnings and will always be a great horse. He is ranked 9 in the Older Males Long Turf Rankings. Dante has won a total of 7 Graded Stakes in his career but never been able to win the Breeders Bowl Turf. 6 starts back Dante ran in a Grade I over 14 Furlongs and he came out successful with a 4 ¼ length victory with a 88 Speed Figure. After that over 12 Furlongs in a Grade II he ran 3rd but suffered a 7 length defeat with a 98 Speed Figure. Next time over 13 Furlongs he ran 2nd by 3 ½ lengths with a 101 Speed Figure despite hitting the lead near the end. 3 starts ago he ran in the Grade I Breeders Bowl Turf running 13th by 26 lengths to Horseshoe Bay but 12 Furlongs wasn’t his distance. He ended up the year running 4th in a 14 Furlongs Stakes with a 94 Speed Figure. Last Time Out he bounced back to win a 16 Furlong Owner Restricted Stakes by 5 ¼ lengths with a 87 Speed Figure. Dante is the one of the best horse in the race but if he can put everything together he is a terrific chance. Dante also contested this event last time but finished Midfield.

Rainbow Mist is a son of Rainbow Quest and is trained by Pegasus and representing the Minnesota Residency. The 6yo has had 44 starts for 9 wins and 13 placings with $497,000 in earnings. He is ranked 54 in the Long Turf division. 6 starts back the colt ran 2nd over 14 Furlongs in the Grade I Phar Lap Cup to Dante who is in this race. Lost by 4 ¼ lengths with a 84 Speed Figure. 2 starts later he placed 2nd in a Stakes over 14 Furlongs by 5 ¾ lengths. 2 starts back over 16 Furlongs he ran 2nd in a Stakes with a 91 Speed Figure by 1 ¾ lengths. Last Time Out he ran 7th in a 16 Furlong Stakes but didn’t run too well. Seems to run well every 2nd start and at 16 Furlongs but I cant see him winning.

Torremontalbo is a son of Manila and is trained by horizonkj and represents the Fun and Friends Stable Club. The 7yo has had 50 starts for 7 wins and 18 placings for $381,000 in earnings. He is ranked 804 in the Long Turf Rankings. He ran 3rd in the event last year but has degressed since then. 4 starts back he ran 2nd in a Allowance by 4 lengths but ran a 88 Speed Figure. After that he ran 3rd in a Stakes by 7 ¾ lengths with a 88 Speed Figure over 16 Furlongs. Then over 14 Furlongs he ran 5th in a Allowance before running 5th in a 16 Furlong Stakes. Cant see him winning but could run well if comes back to old form.

Private Miswaki is a son of Miswaki and is trained by shagfarms6 and represents defending champions GSR. The 4yo has had 19 starts for 5 wins and 7 placings and $130,000 in earnings. He is ranked 225 in this division. 6 starts back over 12 furlongs he won a Allowance by 2 ¾ lengths very nicely with a 87 Speed Figure. 3 starts later he won another Allowance but this one was won well by 5 lengths with a 79 Speed Figure. But then he went 2 on the trot winning over 13 Furlongs in a Allowance by 3 lengths leading the whole way with a 92 Speed Figure. Last start he ran 4th in a Stakes by nearly 5 lengths and a 92 Speed Figure. Has been going pretty good lately but is a bit outclassed here.

Blushing Dubai is a son of Dubai Destination and is trained by ajr13 and represents Great Plains. The 4yo has had 19 starts for 5 wins and 4 placings. He has only earned $79,000 and is ranked 733 here. 7 starts back he made it 3 allowance in a row all over 10 Furlongs but then stepped up to a Grade 2 where he ran 7th. Followed that up with 2 consecutive 5th’s in Stakes over 9.5 and 10 furlongs. 3 starts back he ran 3rd in a 10 Furlong Stakes by 3 lengths and ran a 94 Speed Figure. Then ran bad in a 13 Furlongs Stakes before running 1st in a 10 Furlong Allowance last time out. Seems to prefer 10 Furlongs and I think 16 furlongs will be too far.

Evil Yes Evil is a son of Pulpit and is trained by kingab and represents the CR Racers. The 6yo horse has had 40 starts for 22 wins and 9 placings for $1,682,000. After that he won 2 consecutive stakes first by 4 lengths and the next by 7 lengths and ran a 94 Speed Figure. 3 weeks ago last time out he ran 3rd by ½ length over 16 Furlongs and ran a 91 Speed Figure. Another great horse and if at his best should be a top chance.

Too end his year he ran 5th in the The Penn Marathon with a 94 Speed Figure. Last time out he ran 2nd by nearly 3 lengths in a 16 Furlong Stakes. The defending champion looks too of come back to form just in time but I don’t think he will be able to make it 2 equinics.

New owner took it to a 13 Furlong Allowance where he won by 2 ¾ lengths before running 3rd in a Stakes. Ran 3rd in a Allowance last time with a 85 Speed Figure. I don’t think this horse can win.

Last time out over 11 Furlongs he ran 4th in a Stakes by 10 lengths. He has never seen 16 Furlongs and I don’t think he will be able to get the distance.
