Shin The Roos Bonanza up for grabs

Shin The Roos Bonanza up for grabs

It’s a sloppy dirt track. Key word: sloppy. Who can take it? My pick is that this will be very decisive. That’s why you will see that my number one pick is slightly an outsider. Here’s the race.

The SHIN THE ROOS Bonanza
Stakes
A mile and three eighths
Sloppy Dirt
$65,000
Fillies and mares, 4 years old and up

LOTAGOLD owned by elgato: 9/1, Heres one that will be able to handle the sloppy track. Not my number one pick but it definitely has potential and with a good jockey on its back we are set to see a decent run. A spell would see this horse create a storm at its return.

MAYBE A WINNER owned by fwcltd: 6/1 this horse looks all right. It has had some decent runs leading up to this big race. It perhaps doesn’t have what it takes to run on a sloppy course.

MEN OF DIXIE owned by elagou: 13/1, the odds say it all. This horse won’t win. It struggles a bit on an off track and has been put on a surface that is foreign to it. Could be dodgy.

BURCHELL HOLLANDIA owned by waffleboy: 8/1, this is my outside pick. Just because it doesn’t have the best odds it doesn’t mean that this one is without a chance. It looks good and can handle a off track… excellent sign. The only thing that will be holding this horse back is that it is overdue for a spell and may conk out toward the end.

YAHKEE owned by gone2hell: 8/1, not a good jockey, its in bad form and can’t handle a sloppy track… what more can I say?

EEK A CAT owned by singhis: 3/1, This horse is extremely consistent and is in great form. I’m looking forward to seeing it go hell for leather down the home straight. It looks in good knick.

LAKEHOUSE owned by hoffiebarn: 2/1, its fairly harsh not to choose this as number one. It really does look good and I wouldn’t leave it out of a trifecta. The only thing that makes me a little sketchy on this one is that it has not yet taken on a dirt off track.

IN THE HABIT owned by grimreeser: 14/1, no way this horse can win. It does put in some good efforts but it will not be up to this level of race. I’ll be watching this one fall out the back this weekend.

BANDERA ROSSA owned by razeland: 7/1, this is a decent horse. Not what I would call champion quality though. I think this horse will do ok but it won’t impress beyond belief. I’m tipping some where in the upper midfield for this horse.
