Brahm’s Avenger Does It In Style

A good crowd attended Maine racecourse this weekend and The Grey Croc Bonanza proved to be an absolute beauty.

They jumped away well in a good line and both Bahms Avenger and Kills The Pain(IRE) gunned for the front.

These two dominated the first 3 furlongs of the race while Ermington Zabeel dropped way out the back.

As they came to the home bend Kills The Pain failed to find what was needed and a very impressive Brahms Avenger loomed up and breezed on by taking out the major prize, Kills The Pain held on for second narrowly to the fast finishing Border Treaty who was also very good.

Pigeon’s debutant had no luck dropping out to the tail of the field and never looked like troubling the front few.

An exciting race dominated by early speed.
