1. 76677 CELTIC LASSIE irishmstaz(owner) 5/1(odds). This 2yo filly by Phone Trick only raced once and won, but it was a low SP of 64. Maybe she didn’t have to run that hard last time out that’s why she got that low SP and is capable of better performance. However if she had to work hard to win last time out, then she will need to increase her SP by at least 15 pts maybe to win here.
2. 97370 DRAGON DYNASTY racedragon 2/1. A 2yo filly by Dubai Destination is the co favorite at 2/1 in here. Her dam was dirt horse and looks as though the trait has passed on to her. She has 6 starts with 3 wins. Her last three races have been at this distance and she won a allowance, a stakes and picked up 3rd in another stakes last time out. Looks like she likes to come from behind and there will be a lot of pace up front, I think her chances of winning is very good.
3. 8242 THUNDER MESA sugarhill 7/2. A 2yo filly by Sky Mesa. Her dam was a dirt router, this filly has yet to route though. When this filly made her first 3 starts they were just average, however she has won her last 2 races and she looks like she keeps on improving in each race. In her last 5 races her SP keeps on going 2pts higher than the previous. Which might mean she will get a 77SP here, but that probably won’t win this.
4. 107173 ENOUGH SAID bjw65 7/2. A 2yo filly by Johannesburg has also only raced once and won nicely with a 76 SP. She might turn out to be a nice filly, and I think she is cable of getting a 2nd in here or maybe even a win if she gets better which is very likely.
5. 64379 HIGH ON J.B.(IRE) mybabay 2/1. A 2yo filly by High Rise, is also the co favorite in here at 2/1. She is the 14th rank turf sprinter in the division. After breaking her maiden in her first race, she has raced in 7 consecutive sprint stakes. Coming in the money in all of them while winning 2 of them as well. Off course she has never step foot on dirt, and she has done well in her turf races, so she might not like the dirt. If she does though I could see her winning this or coming in 2nd.
