Holeshot: TARTON CAFE – There are a runners in this field who have shown tendencies to jump to the early lead, however of them TARTON CAFE is the one who has been pulling further ahead as he develops.

Favourite: NEVA KEE (5/1) – My pick in this race has one of the top speeds of the field, but is also coming off a strong third place finish in his graded debut. A step back to the open stakes class make be what he needs to jump back to the winners circle with a little less pressure from the rest of the field.

Longshot: TARTON CAFE (10/1) – TARTON CAFE is the pick to take the holeshot out of the gates, and if the rest of the contenders aren’t careful he may not look back. In his last two races he has pulled out to a strong lead, and had a breakout victory last time out pulling over 6 lengths ahead of the rest of the field before holding onto a two and a half length lead. It wouldn’t be shocking to see that he had more in the tank, and that puts him as a real threat to surprise the favourites.
