2 – MORTE INFANTE(FL) – first from the gate, could be first to the wire

4 – GIVE HER A SHOT(KY) – five wins lifetime gets edge in a field of non winners of lifetime races

3 – SKATE ON SATURDAY(KY) – can’t ignore that 101 speed figure last out, expect this one to be a Christmas present for some new stable, maybe mine

1 – JOINED IN PROGRESS(NZ) – from G3 Turf winning mare, run well when dropped for a tag

8 – ARCHAEOLOGY(KY) – sits good trip turning back from 7.5 furlongs, take at a price

11 – LIQUID AIR(KY) – solid back-to-back efforts make ham a stretch threat at a big price

1 – GHOSTMAKER(JPN) – solid speed figures in four starts, one to catch

RACE 6

4 – FALSE FLAG OP(SAF) – disappointed as favorite in last, makes amends, much the best

1 – GREELY AGAIN(KY) – hasn’t successfully navigated two-turns in five attempts

RACE 7

6 – TROUBLED PAST(KY) – you’re only as good as the company you keep, take the 8-5 it’s the most honest price you’ll get today

1 – STORMNOW(KY) – rarely turns in a bad race, closing late

11 – LOOKIN AT DERBY(KY) – won’t be hard following this one during the race; plays catch me if you can

RACE 8

14 – EL CHUPA COBRAS(KY) – over bet last going 10 furlongs, back where she belongs

5 – MASSAGE ANGEL(KY) – benefits from what promises to be a fast pace, in good form

12 – SONG OF TRIUMPH(KY) – good history of hitting the board, consider in exotics

RACE 9

2 – GO DOWN SWINGING(KY) – hard to get past in a suspect field

4 – RUSTY THEATRE LC(IRE) – 11 year old mare hasn’t seen a race track in 5 years and is still second best here

6 – ULTIMATE COURAGE(SAF) – one time claimer is on a good roll in the battle for second

Race 10

1 – JALEPENO POPPER(KY) – just too hot for these, regally bred

6 – INTERIOR DESIGNER(KY) – eligible to improve racing for new connections

4 – SHERBET LEMON(KY) – turns back into a sprint where she hit the board in debut

RACE 11

4 – MAMBESTO(KY) – winning easily against this kind, back to winning ways

3 – REGISTERED(IRE) – takes dead aim at this distance

2 – DIXIE DOWN UNDER(FR) – you didn’t think I was going to select the puter horse did you?

RACE 12

3 – TALLAHASSEE LASSIE(FL) – I refuse to take the 2-5 on just another poor race on a poor race card

RACE 13

4 – DARKEST DAYS(KY) – Grade 2 winner this distance, 13^th ranked this division, generous odds here

10 – BLESSED SUCCESS(KY) – never been off the board this distance and looks ready to take that next step

3 – VIMSHA(SAF) – looks as if to have lost a step, but might not need that here

RACE 14

2 – JUST VENGEANCE(KY) – Breeder’s Bowl runner-up has no excuses here

4 – SIGHING DESERT(KY) – races well over fast surface and matched career best speed figure last out this distance

3 – FIFTY TWO PICKUP(KY) – just doesn’t want to go this far, but earned the respect

RACE 15

1 – RANXEROX(IRE) – plenty of speed in here for this one to get home in time at a price

8 – FAR AWAY EYES(JPN) – strictly the one to catch

4 – SMOOTHIE(KY) – will be close enough to pick up the pieces if the front end collapses and the top choice doesn’t fire

11 – GIANT RISK(JPN) – second in G3 last out, 7-1 today, empty your pockets

1 – FOOLISH MIRACLES(KY) – six for six first or second in sprints, turns back, dangerous
