Only four runners will go to the post in this sprint for the Mares on Saturday at Queensland. The short priced favourite is the Elusive Quality mare QUALIFICATION from the horsechaos barn who looks the likely leader. I like MCDONALDS TRIVIA from the acariqua8 stable who has only victory from 20 starts but this is not a strong field. A rundown of the field follows.

Scored over seven furlongs at Spain in a Local Bred Claiming Race four starts back and was placed third in a similar race at Germany over six furlongs. Has only scored twice in 24 starts and may be outclassed here.

Very consistent mare who has been placed at last ten starts. Three runs back was an excellent third at this track in the Southern Atlantic Sprint over seven and a half furlongs returning an SP of 108. Will be given every chance by Queensland’s top jockey veteran C Wyatt.
