Below is a list of Sires and DS’s that won one of a GR 1, 2 or 3 race in 2025. Now their were 1,598 graded races in 2025 and 300 ish+ different sires and 192 different DS in the winners circle give or take. Now I did not do a rundown on every single #, I did point out a few and some details that (I stress IMO) are some that are overlooked or have potential just by seeing the progress from years past. Some will say Shhh be quiet I was trying to steal that one but in all honesty as I seen in the past this list will be hot for like a month or two and then people will go back to getting whatever they feel and numbers will probably go back to what they were as most (owners in the game) don’t like change and goto what their comfortable with cause they want the big result instead. I’m just trying to show that it is possible to get value without always just getting the BIG NAME SIRES or seeing how other sires have done in GR races and have noticed that a lot of offspring from the big name’s has also produced for 1/2 or maybe even 1/3rd the cost of bps or credits. But the numbers are pretty consistent and most of these sires can be found on the first page of the SIRES STATS/HOT LIST in the breeding page and then some on the 2nd page but it really comes down what you breed the sire share with as you can see also the DS list and although I didn’t do DDS there are quite a few from the DS list that are good and cheaper alternatives as DDS as I have seen while doing this. So hopefully you comment? And realize If you dig a little harder or get more creative who knows what is possible. And please realize the credit/bp prices were at time of writing so some may have been bought hence higher price or dropped lower, I can’t do everything for you guys!

1 Frankel – north of 1025ish bps had 80 less mares sent to it the past year and had all older horses of the 60 GR wins not one 2yr old won a GR in 2025.

2 Tapit – dropping below 1000bps was 974 at press time had 120 less offspring this year and the graded wins are skewed as 5 of those 57 were 2yr olds this year.

6 Wootton Bassett – 12 2yr old graded winners in 2025probably season high most of any sire and although no 2yrs for 2026, should not be ignored for even only 3yr olds next year breeding season.

44 Blackbeard – 5 gr 2yr old wins and starting to show value 500 cred 475 bps with 30% more mares going to him this past year

71 Little big bear – 3 GR 2 yr old wins and 213 bps 2nd yr sire. So still waiting for this years crop to produce big, looks promising

37 Dundeel – no GR or SW in 2025, but history shows 80% win rate and dipped to 26% so far but has a solid 2025 crop yet to prove themselves and can be had for 565 credits

54 Zensational – 268 bps and no 2 yr old GR wins out of Unbridled’s Song who is a solid ds or dds in the game for good value as well with results.

20 Lord Kanola – 589 bps out of JPN so we know he’s probably a bargain at that price or less. 2024 had 17 GR wins and although only 2 GR wins for 2025 2 yr olds, there is potential to come close to the 2024 mark.

41 Nyquist – 880 bps has had a 20% increase in breeding over past year but would look to more a Quality Road for roughly same price with better return

60 Palace Pier – 274 bps no GR 1 winner yet but value there out of Kingman offspring who’s breeding has decreased 30% since 2023 despite those 20 SW and 5 GR wins

These below have 3 GR wins this year except Golden Pal who has 2 and are not in the table below

Golden Pal 277 bps breeding going up 10% past 3 yrs and although only GR 3 winners his 2 and 3 yr old crops look ready to produce

Olympiad – 3rd year sire that keeps climbing 10% in foals each year and seen for as low as 80 credits not sure if that’s sale price?

Paddington -2nd yr sire that is 652 bps but much lower in the credits and is one to keep an eye on

Savabeel – still a steal at 179 bps as Frank has hinted this one is undervalued and yet it still gets bred lower (down 10% from last year where Frank told everyone)
