Snapshots

Pat has been here about as long as anyone (except Rock) and manages 12 stables all with the Ohio Residency.  He has also written for The BTB and for that of course, I thank him.  We can never have too many writers!  A fan of music, trivia and most importantly, of horseracing for some 40 years, here is Kiddman’s snapshot.

How long have you been in the Sim? 

I go wayyyy back to before the current records are all that accurate; I’d guess Week 77 or so.

Favorite food? 

Pizza; I could do pizza 3 meals a day for the rest of my life 🙂

Dog or cat? 

Cats rule, dogs drool!

If you were to take a solo road trip which would you rather drive – a convertible or a motorhome? 

Neither…  My economical Ford Escort sedan has neither the wind/noise of a convertible or the ridiculous expense of a motorhome.

Hobby – other than horseracing? 

Music…  Swing, Dixie, Ragtime, Musical Comedy, silent-movie theatre organ (Mighty Wurlitzer, Baybee!!)  Anything BUT rock or recent country!  Also, trivia games of all types.  Also, high-school basketball.

Sunrise or sunset? 

Sunset

Last book you read? 

Heck..  Ummm…  Errrr…  Probably the 3rd Harry Potter book, and I lost interest and didn’t really finish the  &%$#*&@ thing.  The first two were great, though…

What’s playing in your cd player or Ipod right now? 

Nothing, but see above and guess what might be if it was playing…  🙂

If you were stuck in a hospital room for 6 months and could chose one person, past or present, other than husband/wife, relative or in-law, to be in the bed next to you – who would it be? 

Sportstalk-radio host Jim Rome, and he’d have to bring his studio crew with him and do the show from the hospital for the whole six months 🙂

If you were to take a day trip in your area – where would you go? 

To one of the local trivia hot-spots or to a high-school basketball game 🙂

Favorite real life racehorse? 

Secretariat…  “He’s moving like a tremendous machine!” will be etched in my mind forever 🙂

If you could meet one person in the Sim – who would it be? 

It would have to be the Man who created it all and continues to make the Sim the BEST THING on the Internet, Mike Wallace.
