Welcome to Connecticut for the Little Evil Sophomore Grade III A mile and one sixteenth Fast Dirt $175,000 Fillies and mares, 3 years old .

1 135034 DREAMY CAT(KY) elzid J Ingram 7/1

Baggio Stables trains this filly by BLUEGRASS CAT x NORTHERN DANCER x SECRETARIAT a good performer who has won 2 races and has raced in the best of company in graded races with some success had a purple patch over this distance as a late 2yrold early 3yrold with placings in the Breeders Bowl Juvenile Filly-G1 the Movieland Starlet-G1 and the California Oaks-G1 her last 2 starts have resulted in a huge jump in sps to climb into the 100sp range her last start was a 2^nd against older mares in The FIREBIRD Special-Stk with a 104sp over a mile looks set for a big race.

2 136632 COILETTE(GER) lygerbomb G Andrew 12/1

Rvd Stables trains this filly by MONSUN(GER) from the good mare A. P. PORT the dam of BATTLE ROCKET a stakes winner strung 5 wins together as an early 3yrold but for has tapered of in last 3 runs in better company over slightly longer distances a drop back in distance might give her a better chance of success.

3 144616 LEARAWI(ENG) zeppelinz H Astros 12/1

B4rca Stables train this filly by DUBAWI (IRE) x LEAR FAN x NEVER BEND very consistent in early racing on the grass where she won the World Cup Juvenile Filly Turf Sprint — Restricted-G1 amongst others over shorter distances than this she has switched to dirt for last 2 runs for a 3^rd over 7f and a allowance win over a mile should be safely held here.

4 9179 HOOSIER QUEEN(KY) buzzards F Lakencher 11/1

Hoosier Empire trains this filly by SMOKE GLACKEN x DEPUTY MINISTER x PLEASANT COLONY she has had 9 starts for 5 wins and seems to have appreciated the step up from sprint racing four starts ago she won the Timber Stakes-G3 over this journey and ran a nice race last time out in the Equinics race Child Focus G1 seems to handle this grade well place chance at least in this even field.

5 138911 CHAMPION FLOWER(KY) meguire2nd R Lamond 11/1 Meguire Stables train this filly by FLOWER ALLEY from CHAMPION BUBBA a stakes placed mare this is clearly her best progeny to date very consistent she has handled every class but G1 I would think she was better suited by sprint racing as she has failed when racing over a mile others preferred here.

6 141071 GOLD FOR THE GRAVE(KY) cougar I Thomas 4/1

Cougar Stables trains this filly by DYNAFORMER from GHOUL’S GOLD an A grade mare who won 11 races and $1.5 million in stakes she is also the dam of GOLDEN GHOUL(KY) a stakes winner and the promising 2yrold GHOULS NIGHT OUT(KY) . This filly is a chip off the old block having won 8 from 14 and already earned $1,120,925 early form was great on turf but switch to dirt was a miracle transformation four starts all over a mile resulted in a allowance win in 100sp then Leopard Stakes-G3 106sp then 2^nd in the Smackdown4 G1 mile 106sp and culminating in the marvellous win in the Equinics race The Medical Corps G1 with a whopping 111sp suggesting that she may have this race well and truly won but hey that’s why they run the races you never know on any given day. What beats this filly wins the race but personally I think none of them will. Her trainer told me “well it’s a little farther than she’s ever been, but I have all the confidence right now that she will win”

7 145651 WALL OF SALT(AUS) borrow2 D Singhi 13/1

Deadinthelane Stables trains this filly by ENCOSTA DE LAGO (AUS) x MR. GREELEY x HALO another nice filly and there are a few in this race she has won 3 from 11 started her career on turf with little success then a switch to dirt has done wonders 8 starts 3 wins 3 placing on dirt didn’t like 10f her last 2 starts but a return to a shorter distance should suit was a stylish 2^nd 3 starts ago in The HYPNOTIC EXPLOSION Classic-G1 with a 104sp will be in the photo.

8 165130 AMANDA MARIE(KY) noles22 G Ringaskiddy 15/1

Head2head Stables SMART STRIKE x DANZIG x DEPUTY MINISTER this filly is a well bred one and has raced only 4 times for 3 wins has improved with each allowance race and won last time over this journey in a 104sp. Certainly a filly worth following through her career.

9 152586 OBTRUSIVE(KY) super15 B Ryan 11/1

What graded race would be complete without a More Evil Than The Evil Empire! runner and the super boyz have a nice little filly with this one STORM CAT x DANZIG x BLUSHING GROOM(FR) a deep closer this filly is always running on late into the placings doesn’t win out of turn and it may be that way again expect her to close just hope its not to late in stretch.

10 7486 TABASCO AFFAIR(WV) jackscott L Hechicera 11/1

Jackscott Stables trains this filly by BLACK TIE AFFAIR(IRE) from PROSPECTOR’S CAT she has raced 15 times for 6 wins and 6 placings and over $250,000 in earnings good stakes performer whos only run in graded company produced a 2^nd in the Mellow Breeze Handicap-G2 over a mile definite place chance here.

11 57834 PANTIGANA II(KY) strudel M Homes 11/1

Sibi2 Stables produces this filly by THUNDER GULCH from PANTIGANA a G1winner who won $455,926 in stakes this filly nice stakes performer who has done well over this distance graded runs not to bad but this is tough field place chance.

12 137168 NEW BOLTON(KY) paddy A Cutry 15/1

Twoofus Stables train this DYNAFORMER x CARSON CITY x GREEN DESERT filly her two recent runs over this journey produced graded placings in the Great Fiddle Sticks Handicap-G3 and the First State Oaks-G2 on those two runs alone you would have to give her a chance.

13 148705 PLAY ON WORDS(KY) fiend L Skydog 10/1

The Squirrel Empire brings us this filly by THEATRICAL(IRE) x DEPUTY MINISTER x EL PRADO(IRE) who has raced in all but one of her races on turf that one race producing a win as a 2yrold a trainer of this quality must be respected when choosing to swap track type here as a closer she may outgun them all in strech one for juicy odds.

14 143361 MAMBO ON THE MOON(SAF) alces M Barnes 14/1

Jumpmoose Stables trains this South African filly by VICTORY MOON (SAF) from SENORITA MURF she is almost the outsider of this even field but has a consistent record 18 starts 6 wins 8 placings and $250,000 in stakes she is a multiple stakes winner and has won from 8-10f adds to puzzle in this race.
