DESERT LION(IRE) a 2 year old colt for owner seagypsy , has 2 wins in 4 starts. He cam in 4th against weaker in a grade III last out. He did hit the 80’s sp#. Well have to see if the extra distance will help him as he was starting to close last race.
KEPLER BERZERK a 2 year old colt for owner bobo. 3 wins for 4 starts, was out classed and finished 3rd last out in The Tiny Toes Stakes-G3. He did run a 86 sp#, and was closing hard going 8 furlongs. The same distance and step up in class is the question.
RAISING HELL a 2 year old colt for owner lazyriver, winner of 2 out of 4 starts. He broke into the 80’s sp# in his last start in a grade III. I’m not to sure this horse is going to want to run the distance. A jump up in class, and the distance doe not favor him here.
THE MAGIC FLUTE(IRE) a 2 year old colt for owner diomed has 3 wins in 5 career starts. He went gate to wire last out in 8 furlongs. With speeds not yet breaking into the 80’s. This colt should soon be there. May have stepped it up a bit early.
ANDY’S CHOICE a 2 year old colt by RAINBOW QUEST has a perfect 3 for 3 record. He is improving each time out for owner gunsynd. Winning The Up North Juvenile-G3 by a head going 7 furlongs, The extra distance will help him here. He ran a nice 84 sp# last out, look for possibly hitting the 90’s here.
PANTHER DELTA(IRE) a 2 year old colt for owner imatiger2, has hit the board in all 3 starts. Beaten by almost 3 lengths against stakes level last time out, seems to be a little out of place. He has not yet broken into the 80’s sp#. He may need a few more tune ups before hitting this level.
FUZZY RAINBOW a 2 year old by RAINBOW QUEST, has won 4 out of 6 starts. Finishing 2nd last out in The Finnish Line Stakes-G3, for owner dundey7. He ran a beautiful 86sp#. He was also closing last out running 6 furlongs. Stretching it out here looks to be the proper move for this colt.
DARK FLASH(AUS) a 2 year old Filly, goes against the boys here for owner dkyoung4. With a nice $105,000 in earnings, she is a little outclasses here in this Grade I. She did win last out against stakes level, but lost a little of her form.
GONETOTHEDEVIL a 2 year old colt by GONE WEST. 2 wins in 4 starts for owner gradetwo . Beaten and coming in 5th last out in The Up North Juvenile-G3, he ran a 80 sp#. The extra distance here won’t help him out. The step up in class may be a little premature also.
SUPER COVERUP a 2 year old colt for owner taleofcat9 . 3 wins in the last 3 races, out of 4 races total for this young colt. Winning his last start in The LONG LORD Special-Stake, he will need his best effort here. Looks like he can close if he needs to. With this class, he will need to. Should get a piece of the purse here.
ROADHOUSE BLUES a 2 year old colt comes off a nice allowance win in Florida last race for owner twinoaks. Running a blistering 85sp#, he closed like a freight train running 8 furlongs. With a repeat effort, he can hang with this class, and possibly take a share of the purse.
FANTASTIC MUSE a 2 year old colt for owner borden, has a perfect 2 for 2 record. Taking 1st in The Finnish Line Stakes-G3 last start, this colt takes a step up in class, and adds on 2 furlongs. He ran a beautiful 87 sp# last outing in Finland. Look for another impressive run from him here.
HAVASU CITY(IRE) a 2 year old colt for owner lenny18 , has 2 wins in 3 starts. Winning last race in The BOY S. Memorial-Stake, he faces a tougher level here. He is improving each outing. But again, he is in tough here.
PJ JUST ME(IRE) a 2 year old colt for owner pjfarms, broke his maiden 2 back. Finished 2nd against stakes class last out only beaten by ¾ length. He did post a nice 83 sp#, and was closing at the 8 furlong distance. Repeat effort could get a share if form is there.
