dunn fun – Jockeys on Horses Getting Milk – Christmas Special
This piece of fictional fun is a chance for us to be introduced to one of the SIMS jockeys based on a popular TV show that features Comedians and Coffee.
WELCOME TO A SPECIAL CHRISTMAS EPISODE OF “JOCKEYS ON HORSES GETTING MILK”.
On today’s show we are over at my stable close to Hamilton Ontario and will be riding on two of my horses.
My guest today is 40 year old Magnus Claus, a nineteen year veteran Jockey from the North Pole that now calls South Africa home. Magnus is single and has a cat named Mistletoe. Magnus has had a nice year and has finished in the money in forty-three percent of his races.
I’m DUNN and this is “JOCKEYS ON HORSES GETTING MILK”!
Dunn (on phone): Hey Magnus it’s Dunn, I’m down at my stable and it’s snowing and I have two great horses for us to ride. Want to go for Milk?
Magnus (on phone): I would love to Dunn! I have been waiting for your call and can’t wait to go for a ride.
DUNN AND MAGNUS MEET AT BARN.
Dunn: What do you think of our horses today? Today we are riding Canada Day and Orberg.
Magnus: They are two beautiful horses Dunn and if you will allow me, I would love to ride Canada Day.
Dunn: Come on let’s get going.
DUNN AND MAGNUS SADDLE UP.
Dunn: I have to ask the obvious question first especially at this time of year. Are you related to “Jolly Old St. Nick”?
Magnus: Yes Dunn, I am proud to say that Santa Claus is my Father. I grew up at the North Pole surrounded by the elves and lots and lots of presents.
Dunn: What was that like?
Magnus: I had a pretty amazing childhood. There were lots of toys around and having a famous Dad that everyone loved is great but it was also pretty lonely up there and sometimes I wish I had a “normal” life with “normal” parents.
Dunn: Why did you choose to live in South Africa of all places?
Magnus: Well as a kid I got to travel with my Dad on Christmas Eve and visited every place in the world. For some reason I really liked the vibe in South Africa and I can’t stand the snow or cold weather so the climate is a great fit for me.
Dunn: How did you get into Horse Racing?
Magnus: I started out racing reindeer as you can imagine and was very successful at that. Comet was my favorite to ride and we won the North Pole Triple Crown one year taking home the Candy Cane Derby, Snowflake Stakes, and Elf on the Shelf Stakes. Riding horses has been easy after all that experience with stubborn reindeer and tiny little jockeys.
Dunn: In Christmas Movies we sometimes see Santa retire and someone else take over. Will you ever take that role?
Magnus: No. I have an older brother Nicky who is next in line to carry on the tradition and then one of my nephews will take over after that. I am very happy being a Jockey and love my life away from the North Pole is great.
Dunn:. It has been great getting to know you today Magnus, thanks for being my guest. Put in a good word with your Dad for me… I don’t want to get coal again this year. Merry Christmas!!!! Are you ready for some Milk?
DUNN AND MAGNUS ENTER RESTAURANT “HO HO MOO”
TUNE IN NEXT TIME AS WE MEET ANOTHER JOCKEY ON ANOTHER EPISODE OF “JOCKEYS ON HORSES GETTING MILK”.
HO HO HO, Merry Christmas, Dunn. Thanks for your jockey’s on horses getting milk series. The best rider in Illinois, NBonus, enjoys it too. If you ever get near Chicago, he’d love to take a ride with you.
