1) antonio can go go
hotraces2 farm
m walker                                 5/1

Out of the hotraces2 farm is this five year old CURLIN stallion. He comes in off a win last tiem out at the Grade 2 The Second Henry where he ran 108 speed at this same distance. His last eight starts have all been at sixteen furlongs and he has fared well with three wins, a runner up and a third place finish. With all that experience and success, he should be in contention here and will have a good shot to hit the board.

2) embrace the hunt
deyoto6 farm
r dogs                                      7/1

Out of the deyoto6 farm is this five year old GALLILEO stallion. He comes in off a third place finish last time out at the Exotic Babe Dirt Slayer where he ran 106 speed over fourteen furlongs. A previous Grade 2 start at the Fitness Cup at this same distance also resulted in a third place finish. He has finished in the money in all but two of his fourteen career starts and has proven that he can handle this distance. He might be a nice surprise out of the two hole.

3) st leger star
pisano2 farm
d mckane                                10/1

Out of the pisano2 farm is this four year old DALAKHANI stallion. He comes in off a second place finish at the Grade 1 Gold Glass where he ran 107 speed over this same distance. He has finished in the money in twelve of his fifteen career starts including three wins with two of those covering sixteen furlongs. He has exceeded five-hundred thousand in career earnings and could be a nice surprise pick here today.

4) ministry of magic
sheen farm
gd mate                                   4/1

Out of the sheen farm (via Hogwarts) is this four year old FASTNET ROCK stallion. He comes in off a win last time out at the Ebro Turf Slayer where he ran big 113 speed over fourteen furlongs. He has been on a nice streak as of late having finished in the money in six straight Stakes starts. Sandwiched in the middle of that streak was a tenth place finish at the Grade 1Jai Alai Park Turf. He stretches things out here to sixteen furlongs for the first time and it will be interesting to see how he handles it.

5) dancing shirley
chino5 farm
t cooper                                   11/1

Out of the chino5 farm is this five year old SPINNING WORLD mare. The only lady in this field of nine has been slumping lately and has not hit the board in her last five starts dating back to early December of last year. She comes in off ninth place finish last time out at the Grade 3 Noble Spirit where she posted 104 speed over twelve furlongs. She comes in well rested and has had some success at this distance in the past.

6) king teofilo
elkstables0 farm
b scott                                     9/2

Out of the elkstables0 farm is this five year old TEOFILO stallion. He comes in off back to back Grade 1 starts where he finished outside the money. Prior to that however was a streak of four wins in a row including a win at the Grade 1 John Scott Appreciation Stakes where he ran 111 speed over twelve furlongs. He has never gone more than twelve furlongs in any of his previous starts and has faded in the late going in his last two. He has the speed to compete here but will he have the endurance needed.

7) amarini
xpansion6 farm
d evans                                   7/1

Out of the xpansion6 farm is this four year old DEEP IMPACT stallion. He has finished in the money in eleven of his thirteen career starts and has exceeded one-million in career earnings thanks in part to wins at Grade 1 and Grade 3. He likes this distance and should have good chance to add a Grade 2 win to his totals. He will be a deserving favorite here today out of the seven hole.

8) teo major
oxymoron3 farm
n lawton                                   10/1

Out of the oxymoron3 farm is this five year old TEOFILO stallion. He has thirteen wins in thirty-four career starts and is closing in on half a million in earnings. He comes in off a disappointing finish at the Grade 1 The Gold Glass where he finished eleventh at this same distance. He hopes to rebound here today against this field of ten.

9) see my shoes
giunluigi farm
m day                                      7/2

Out of the giunluigi farm is this five year old DYLAN THOMAS stallion. He comes in off a third place finish at the Grade 2 Grand Brazilian where he ran 112 speed over twelve furlongs. This is a streaky horse having put together winning streaks of three straight on three different occasions during his career. He should fare well here today and might find a spot on the board.

10) hurricane point
casualcsh farm
b wu                                        41/1

Out of the casualcsh farm is this three year old POINT OF ENTRY colt. Our youngest competitor enters just his fourth race here today. He comes in off a win and two runner ups in his first three starts having posted big speed in each. Last time out he registered 103 speed in a win that covered twelve furlongs. He enters his first Graded Stakes here today and also goes two miles for the first time. He may not win here today but this is definitely a horse to keep an eye on in the future.

  • Hurricane Point is mine and he has a chance to be dangerous here. IRL if this were a WFA or a handicap he would be carrying absolutely zeroooo weight lol. This is an ambitious spot, but I’m hoping he goes Dark Mandu on this field! His breeding says this should be no problem.
