Trained by graywolf20       8 2 4 0    $711,725

Won a Grade I two months ago. His last start was another Grade I but he failed to menace. Looks like the added distance might help him out but this is a tough field.

Trainer – abe         5 3 1 0        $279,660

Three back he ran in a Grade II and finished eighth. He came back in an Alw. and won easily. His las race was a Grade I and he ran his race in the stretch moving from 12th to 2nd in an impressive rally.

5. TURBULENCE T.

HENNY HUGHES x GONE WEST x BLUSHING GROOM
Trainer – useeit           6 4 2 0        $768,450

His last two efforts were very good in Grade I company and he was close to the pace in both races. His last race he was going away at the end.

6. DARK SPECTER

GIANT’S CAUSEWAY x BERNARDINI x KINGMAMBO
Trainer stellamadrid   Bred by – tisjuliet           4 1 3 0         $272,770

Lightly raced but very talented has improved with each start. His last was a fine 2nd in a Grade I event. He raced mid-pack before making his presence known and finished well. Two back was a Grade II event and he came from the back to finish a strong 2nd place.

7. SHOULDERSOFGIANTS

GIANT’S CAUSEWAY x UNBRIDLED’S SONG x A.P. INDY
Trainer – stickem   Bred by – lordpye2        7 3 2 1       $538,440
He was 2nd in his last two starts, both Grade I events. His races reflect his awesome breeding.

8. SHADY RIDE

CANDY RIDE x A.P. INDY x DEPUTY MINISTER
Trainer – knightstc         4 2 1 1    $197,405

Surprised in his last race, a Grade II event going 8.5F, where he went wire to wire with no signs of letting up. Probably part of the pace here which only has a handful of pace players.

9. REDNECKS FOR TRUMP

WAR FRONT x UNBRIDLED x ALYDAR
Trainer – ticketman       5 3 0 1    $154,620

This is one who likes being on or near the front-end. His last race he pressed the winner the whole way before settling for 3rd in a Grade I. He has his hands full today.

10. DIAMOND MURPHY

GIANT’S CAUSEWAY x DANZIG x SEATTLE SLEW
Trained by – fairhaven8         4 3 1 0    $154,660

Won his first three easily and then stepped up to Grade II and ran a good 2nd. Might be in a bit tough today.

11. SEPOY’S LADY

SEPOY (AUS) x DEPUTY MINISTER x UNBRIDLED’S SONG
Trainer – dkstables5        5 3 2 0        $725,440

Very classy filly who came from the clouds in her latest to win a Grade I. Two races back she was beaten only a neck in another Grade I. She faces the boys in this race but you gotta love her.

12. ION MY WAY

VAR x MIDNIGHT LUTE x INDIAN CHARLIE
Trained by – drsafbreds           6 3 2 0      $616,470

Won a Grade I in his last at big odds from just off the pace. In his start two back, a Grade I event, he finished mid-pack. Interesting.

13. TITANOM

GIANT’S CAUSEWAY x REDOUTE’S CHOICE x SEATTLE SLEW

Trainer – odin             5 4 0 1     $222,940

Grade III winner two back. His latest effort was a dominating wire to wire victory in a listed. Will make the pace factor very interesting in this race.

14. MINIMAL SIN

SINISTER MINISTER x INDIAN RIDGE x COZZENE
Trainer – ravenclaw         8 5 0 1    $674,250
Rags to riches story. This 2yo bred in (JPN) has a 10cent Sire and has come a long way in 8 starts. His last was a win in a Grade I which proved his worth. Two back he was the winner of a Grade III. I like him though I’m leaning towards others for the win in here.
