Beautifully bred and by the sire of the moment HIGH CHAPARRAL (IRE) has to be respected she is the ruling favourite and is racing like a top horse and seems to like these longer routes . She will race close to lead and may be hard to pass once in front. Yet to be tested at grade level but stakes record suggest that will be no problem.

FRED’S COMMENT. Working in the rock crushing pits i’m drawn to this fillies dam BONECRUSHER and as you can see by my outfit i’ve done a bit of entertaining so BUSKER will get some of my money

5year old mare who had a good win this distance 3 starts back in allowance company is lightly raced and that was her best sp in career so the longer distances may be her go. Will get back of midfield and look to power home in stretch.

FRED’S COMMENT. The name of this mare reminds me of the songs we played to Pebbles as a baby and for that reason alone i hope she goes well but may find these a little tough.

It is not to often you get to run in a race with the same name as you so the omen bettors will be on in droves here . Surprising considering her breeding this mare has not performed on grass tracks her 2 starts have been dismal failures with low sp’s she has also never run past 8.5f

FRED’S COMMENT. Well YABADABA DOO to you to it’s my catch phrase and i gotta think its a chance but form doesn’t sat so oh well.

Ultra consistent 4yrold mare who has 11 wins from 17 starts and is a worthy challenger for the favourite in this has been brought along slowly by her trainer and that patients is now paying dividends should step up to graded racing with no worries here. Will run just behind pace and look to get them in stretch.

FRED’S COMMENT. LADY BY DAY from the mare WITCH BY NIGHT i dont know any witches but i know a little Martian names Gazoo and he’s big pain in the b###. But if she’s as tricky as him she may be in this finish.

This mare is the only grade performer in the race and at G1 level at that won the G1-The FUNKYFARM Special and 2 starts ago won G2-Petunia Handicap over 12f . She has won at 11f as well and . Midfield closer who will take a lot of stopping in final run home.

FRED’S COMMENT. I luv eating HORSE CHESTNUT and as she ran 2nd in the G2-Hannah Barbera Cap last time out i gotta put a dollar on for the boss MR Slate.

4 yrold mare who has be taken along slowly her 1st stakes run was last start and she ran a great 3rd over 10f making up 5L in the last furlong with a double dose of SADLER’S WELLS in her pedigree she should stay all day .

FRED’S COMMENT. Just gotta say the ol grey mare is still what she used to be . a nice mare in form and looking to keep it that way WILMA’S CHOICE

Another graded performer who has raced best over this distance winning the G2-Spankie-Sho All Comers and last start was 2nd in the G2-Barbara Bush Stakes she has earned over $1.2 million and is a genuine threat in a tight field may lead them all the way
