Today we travel to Fuchu, Tokyo (Japan) for a great days racing featuring the G2 The Main Oak over a distance of 9F (1800 Meters) on turf. We have an international field of 8 quality horses trained to the minute by some of our best trainers, competing for $375,000 in prize money and trophies. We have fine conditions and a huge crowd is in attendance and they are eager to have a bet, lets have a look at the runners and see if we can find the winner.

My No 2 Selection: This well made G3 winning 4 year old bay colt by lightly used sire Roderic O’Connor out of the wonderful producing G1 winning mare Bella Figura has run a couple of 4th’s on this track and has won 2 x 9F G3’s recently, looks ideally placed here. My No 5 Selection: Another well bred Stakes winning 8 year old chestnut son of Dylan Thomas out of the beautifully bred G2 winning he-mare Dusseldorf who is as yet untested on this track but relishes the 9F, looks nicely placed although getting on in years. To be ridden by H Artack from gate 3. Looked great winning at Stakes level last start but I prefer the younger brigade today. ODDS 6/1

This nicely bred G2 winning 4 year old bay colt by well performed sire Darci Brahma is a G3 place getter on this track but not convinced the 9F is his best trip . M Mason climbs aboard and will jump from gate 8. High speed colt with a good record, would prefer over a mile but cannot overlooked entirely. ODDS 6/1
