Mare coming up on her 50th race. She has 14 wins, but her purse total isn’t up there with some of these. Leads me to believe she’s a good allowance class. This race is not filled with top class ladies, so she may have something in the tank. Jock Ironside will get all she has out of her. | |||

4yo filly with 40 races already!! 13 come as wins, with $300,000 in the kitty. She’s favored here no doubt because of her record, but she hasn’t been in the winner’s circle for some time. Ross will get the best she has to offer, but that may not be enough. The one thing this race lacks is pace. This gal is another that likes coming off the pace. One thing in favor is she knows how to win a stakes event, and some of her opponents don’t. | |||

Mare is the only progeny out of a “F” rated mare with stakes credentials. She’s been routing at much longer distances for the last two years, but she can prove to be very effective here because of her speed. In a race that lacks early speed, she just may go all out in front with no competition. If that proves to be the case, she’s gone. Problems arise with the jock, who could use some steroids. |
