The MUNICH MILLENIUM Bonanza Stakes

Race ID 2979.3210 : The MUNICH MILLENIUM Bonanza Stakes

I’m not gonna ask why the Munich Millenium Bonanza is being run in Alabama, who am I to ask why.

Even if I did notice Munich is no where near Alabama, you can’t even get from one to the other in a car and almost can’t get there in a boat either unless you know all those tricky North Sea shortcuts. So the puzzled Munich chamber of commerce has been flown in to make the trophy and is making the most of it because the last time I saw them they were all in line for Big Pete’s Torn Pork Barbeque all you can eat night. I hope they make it to the track in time tomorrow. Shame if they are still torn pork drunk and can’t make it out of bed in time for the 10th race. Ok who’s running already..

1- Thank… you know who for the “what the heck, let’s breed a random one” button because not in a million years would I have come up with I SPOSE NOT’s pedigree on my own. Lupe Sauvage?.. I mean what the heck is a sauvage anyway? You notice I didn’t ask what a lupe was. And I can’t complain because not only is she a random bred she is already stakes placed and if she loves mushy turf maybe even a stakes winner, cross your fingers because 12-1 was being nice to her.

2- Man what a sharp claim here. Pilgrim6 snagged this one for 5k and she wins really easy that day, so easy his head swells up so big he has to run her in a stakes race next time out, just to teach himself a lesson, cept the joke was on everyone but him because he wins, well maybe the joke was on the poor slob who ran him for 5k.. Twice..or the even poor slob who bred him ran him once on the dirt and sold him so fast he thought he was missing a tail or an ear or something. VEGAS CABBY looks live on the board at 11-1 in here for sure but gets the soft turf test like everyone else.

3- ON GROUSE TOOT(NZ) is a 9-2 maiden, speaks volumes about my poor colt at 12-1. Lapa stable’s son of Starcraft is stakes placed and does have a race on yielding turf in his last start and looks to have the right pedigree for soft footing. He looks like he’s the inside speed too but not sure that means anything on mushy turf. Still he has plenty of gas in the tank and will be a pace factor.

4- UNDERESTIMATE(IRE) at 1-2… I don’t think so. Well not underestimating her talent anyway. Mook’s homebred daughter of King OF Kings was a handy MSW winner against fillies in her only career start in a fast enough time to make all these colts chase her home too if she runs back to that race on soft turf. The one to beat for sure.

5- Angeli’s SCARPONE is by bargain sire Lujain and rewarded his breeders high hopes by winning like a good thing first time out of the box. Sent off at the long shot odds of 62-1 in his stakes debut in his second start and ran like it too. Switched to the turf last time out in the 5.5 furlong Her Cards Challenge Stakes and rebounded on a soft turf course to be a surprisingly game second at 11-1. Connections just checking to se if it was a fluke last time or not, and still gets no respect at 17-1 this weekend.

6- I hope my little brother doesn’t doesn’t sign in to the sim to see how his old stable is doing. He mustered up every horse training gene he had and this stable was 0 for its first 99 starts when he committed sim-hari-kari and gave the stable to me and I finally got tired of looking at all the losers in it and gave it away a few months ago. And as fate would have it, an almost stakes winner is in it now and I bred it…ugh! Just kidding I need this stable back like I need another daughter, oh brother. Anyway my fingers are crossed for TIGER BID this weekend turning back to 6.5 furlongs, the distance of his lone win. As long as he finished behind my random bred down on the rail. Good Luck par764.

I may be a homer but I’m not nuts, so my exacta and trifecta box is 4-5-6 box. Good luck everyone. Irish
