Field of eight set for the Royalty Coming

The field has been set for The Royalty Coming Memorial stakes to be run this Saturday afternoon here in California.  The race will be for three year olds running on the firm turf course and at the distance of six and one half furlongs.

In post one is El Senor Ted (7/1) racing for trainer aurora.  The sire of this horse, West Quest, has not sired a stakes winner to date.  El Senor Ted finished second last time out in a stakes.  Aurora goes to C Euler(6% win percentage) to guide this one around the track.

Breaking from post two is Conservatory(7/1) sattled by elesto.  Conservatory is out of the strong sire, Forty Niner.  LTO he ran his top speed figure of career.  Elesto confirms N Bonus(15%) to ride.

To his outside Luca Brasi(13/1) in post three.  crazyjoe sends out this goodlooking son of Dixieland Band.  Crazyjoe brings him back to where he started off winning his first two races over this turf course.  R Simcox(15%) rides.

Post four, Wise One(6/1) racing for n2racing2 stables. Wise One loves bringing home a check, having finished 12 out of 16 times in the money.  You have to wonder why n2racing2 goes with the low percentage jock, T Bates(8%) to ride this one.

Wigdan fills up gate five.  This son of Red Ransom ships in from Epsom for trainer prufrockja, where he was coming on at the end.  Prufrockja asks L Snyder(16%) to climb aboard.

Entered in post six is Gunnar’s Gold(9/2) the son of Giant’s Causeway.  After racing and tiring badly LTO in a stakes race on the east coast, trainer Chance brings this one cross country to do battle here.  S Webb(5%) rides today.

In the Second to last post is Fleet Overture(5/2) sent out by swale007.  Winner of his last race, he’s another in this field to travel a long distance to race.  Swale gets the top rider F Gossett(23%).

Breaking outside in the last post is Remember Pandora racing in the colors of bellissimo stables.  LTO bellissimo entered this son of Gone West in a grade one, only to finish seventh after racing up towards the front and fading in the stretch.  L Jones(13%) get the call.

THE TOSS OUTS:  El Senor Ted low percentage jock dosen’t help.  Conservatory I think will bounce off the last speed fig.  Wigdan just not enough pace to close in to.  Gunnar’s Gold not in good form.

CHANCE:  Luca Brasi back home and undefeated here.  Wise One may have needed last.

SHOULD BE THERE: Feet Overture if he come repeat last.  Remember Pandora cuts back after pushin the pace.

THE BET: 3,8/ 3,8,7,2    $20.00 exacta
