Six fast fillies take to the desert turf course this week to brave the elements,
and each other in 110 degree heat to see who is the best old lady out west.
Lets take a closer look at the six ladies in The DYNASEA Challenge.

In post position one we have LIBERALIA- Big time closer who fires every time he
hits the track. but this race she has two negatives working against him, one no
anticipated speed batttle, and two the race may not be long enough for her kick
to kick in just good enough for the bottom of the exotics, not a real threat to
win but will pick up a check .

In post position two we have WARRIOR KNITTING– Will flash a bit of speed but will
fade quickly if it tries to battle A.P. GEISHA for the lead. will be better off
sitting off the pace and trying to close on the top two.  M Graybill is a great
press rider and he will have his hands full with this aging mare. She may have lost
a step, and may no longer be stakes material, today will tell.

In post position three we have A.P. GEISHA– The speed of the race has been on fire
of late and looks to have this race setup for her. She is the lone speed on a speed
favoring turf course. Boy the others have their work cut out for them in trying to
catch this filly. This horse has won 5 of six starts this year all in gate to wire
fashion. S Parkers job seems simple get her to the front and hold on for the win.

In post position four we have GLEN RIDDLE FARM-Never has gotten it done at the stakes
level, but always seems to give a decent showing of herself. Won last time out against
conditional allowance horses, not exactly a strong field but may be something to grow
upon. another closer that i dont think will factor in this race she is fourth at best.

In post position five we have SEEKING A NATIVE– This versatile horse appears to be
the only real challenger to the favorite with the ability to run on the front end but
I don’t think that T Peck has that in his plans he has said all wekk that he wants to
run second and hope to pounce on the favorite with about a furlong to go.

and last but not least
In post position six we have VERSE CHORUS VERSE– Interesting path taken to get here by
this horse. kittycats claimed this horse for 40000 in a dirt race and put it in stakes
race on the dirt and the horse did not repsond well to the class jump, so kittycats
decided to put her in a turf stakes race when she has only 3 races on the lawn in her
career.  I don’t like her chances to wake up today, but anything is possible i am just
not sure why this horse is 7/2 in this race unless vision and verse has some turf
skills that i am not aware of.
