Will try stakes company again after finishing 2nd in her latest try, she has had previous success on the turf and like to run long, 4 wins in in turf routes suggests she can compete in this race but in my opinion she’s only third best in this event. She goes today out for zambaygo and pick up the services of #2 jockey M.Cooper, but will need a career best to win against this group today.

F.Holmes gets the assignment on this 4 year old Fusiachi Pegasus filly sent out today by trainer susie. With 3 wins in her last 6 going 2 miles on the turf, her 8/5 price makes her the one to beat!! her 7 wins in 23 starts speaks for itself, she is ranked 6th in the sim around 2 turns on the turf, her latest start was just 14 days ago where she was beaten 19 lengths, a much improved effort will be needed if she wants to give the chalk players a return on their money, I will rank her 2nd in this group today
BIGEASY GOLD 47/1
As her odds suggest stakes company might not be the best place for this filly, with only 2 on the board finishes in 20 tries and without hitting the board in 6 races on the turf, this race will be very tough for this filly.
OTHFLY’S WELLS 9/2
Is a Sadlers Wells filly that has a stakes win in her last 6 and more then $200,000 in earnings, she draws a tough group to contend with in here, but has won in the past on the turf going long so you can discount her completely. She has hit the board in 10 of 18 tries on the turf, with 5 trips to the winners circle, she has been well beaten in her 2 latest, with 4 weeks rest she should come into this event sharp and ready to go, R.Patton will ride today who isn’t my choice of jocks as he is only 1 for 28 this year
IM A CHICK NOW 3/1
Is a 4 year old filly by Event Of The Year, D J Clair will ride for Mark88 today. I’m a chick now is coming off 5 straight top 2 finishes including her latest a 96 speed # over 13 furlongs on the turf 4 weeks ago in California in The PLEDGE RACE (NZ) Special. She is the only one in the race that has the 1-2 punch on having both the class to win and being in top form to win, Flaming Pegasus will be tough as her record speaks for itself, but today’s contest will put this filly on the map as one to contend with in this Turf/Long division of fillies. The only strike against this one is the fact that D J Clair only hit the winners circle 8% of the time, despite that I will make her my top choice in here.
