Has jumped up in class here you would think going over his racing career. However 2 races back he ran in a G1 race and finished second with a high speed rating of 105. Reproduce that here today and 12/1 odds brings you in good money. Slight chance but is up against a lot of class.
Post 2: 26/1 KILBEGGAN RACES(IRE) (rkeogh)
At bookies odds of 26/1 this is our long shot in this race today. Is really hoping for a miracle jumping to this G1 race however you have to be running to win and this one will definitely be running. Be doing well to run midfield.
Post 3: 11/1 BLUES BUDA (click)
6yo mare here with recent form suggesting she is on fire at the moment. Last time out ran in a G3 race with an impressive 2nd place finish. Is up against the boys today though as well as a jump in class to G1. All a bit tough I fear. Good luck though.
Post 4: 6/1 BLAZING SEVENS (braylee)
One of ones who would be pushing for the win here, Blazing Sevens is out of the famous Seattle Slew with just over $1.6 million in career earnings. Has been in and out of form of late and will need a good solid run here today to push for the places.
Post 5: 5/1 OTTO O (2die4)
Has pulled out some remarkable runs of late with impressive runs at G1 level as well. Odds of 5/1 are probably a little good for this one but Otto O and his trainer would certainly be looking for a place finish here today. 5yo out of Storm Cat, bred and owned by 2die4, they are hoping for big things today. 2nd place in my book.

Love the name of this one, good play on words!!! Not in form really at the moment. A return to form of about 10 races ago would mean this one would be pushing for the win. Needs form back and a good run. Can certainly do it as his career suggests. Trainer hoping…
Post 7: 9/1 GOLD INFERNO (correction)
One of the younger ones here, 4yo colt out of Seeking the Gold. To be honest a real roughie here up against some major class and at 9/1 is being favoured by the bookies. Still maybe they can see something that I don’t. Not a chance here though from what I can see.
Post 8: 3/1 GENERAL’S CHARIOT (proudtruth)
Favourite for this race and rightly so. 14 wins from 21 times out. Just over $2.9 million in career earnings to date. Consistent race speeds of 111, 110, 109, etc… This horse is pure and utter class. Out of Gone West. Everything about this one screams class and plenty of it. Our winner here today in my book.
Post 9: 22/1 GENEROUS SPIN (turfy)
2nd long shot of the race, 6yo bred and owned by turfy. Has been running well and consistently too at allowance level but this is a G1 race and a totally different kettle of fish. No go I fear sorry to say.
Post 10: 12/1 ONCE HAUNTED (loubrown)
This is an interesting one, 4yo colt out of Silver Ghost. Has pulled off a few big wins on big speeds and is probably weighted off correctly with the books at 12/1. I tend to like these to bet on as you can make a lot of dough if they come in. Place may not be out of this ones reach.

Also at 12/1 is this 8yo gentleman out of Personal Flag. Age is starting to catch up with Bill Person here and speed races are really going to knock him around. Not in the same class as the majority of racers here. Be hard going for Bill here…
Post 12: 8/1 KIKI’S SOLID ROCK (gdfarm)
5yo out of Forty Niner. Comes off a good win at Stakes level winning by a length over 6.5f. Appears to be a rather consistent runner and Im for backing this one in at third place across the line. Good runner. I like him.
