She should be able to take advantage of the inside draw by going straight to the lead and giving the rest of the field something to catch. LTO she became a Stakes winner when she led and completed a wire to wire victory with a 1/4lgth win and a PB 100SP. This time she has to go another furlong and that may tell against her in this field.

She will be near the back of the pack looking for a run in the stretch but I think she will have a difficult time saluting the judge.

Multiple Stakes winner and stable star END OF THE REIGN looks to be well placed here. If she can get the to the front she will be very hard to hold out. LTO she came across a couple of classy girls in a 10.5F Stakes and wasn’t disgraced finishing 4th with a respectable 95SP. My only query is the speed duel with STAR INDY, if she can get to the lead she’ll be hard to hold out.

Today she has her 2nd run of her 4YO campaign over a more suitable 11F. Unlike some of the other runners here the distance won’t be a problem and maybe she is ready to fire after a decent break before her previous run. Worth an EW bet.

SUMMARY
If END OF THE REIGN can get the lead I think she will go wire to wire, but I have my doubts she can over STAR INDY. That being the case ALYCHANT will be very hard to hold out, with a huge watch on REDWOOD SCREWBALL and I expect a much improved run from ZASPIRIT(NZ).
