Mike may have fallen but 14 beatuiful fillies line up here!!!!

$250,000 up for grabs and 14 chase for it

Help Mikes fallen off his chair and cant get up Stakes featured 14 Mares. Over 10F Dirt with $250,000 it looks to be a cracker. 7 4yo’s, 4 5yo’s and 3 6yo’s contest the Grade II on the massive Kentucky Card.

Kase Dismissed is a daughter of Gone West at 12/1. In 16 starts she has had 16 starts, 7 wins and 2 placings. $264,000 in earnings for this filly. 7 starts back the filly won a Stakes Race with a 98SF by over 3 lengths. Last start over 10 Furlongs she won a Stakes with a 97SF. I think this race is a bit tough but a nice horse here.

Distant Shade is a daughter of Ecton Park at 6/1. In 16 starts she has had 5 wins and 8 placings with $254,000. Won 4 stakes in her last 8 starts. Going back 4 starts she was on a 2 stakes wins streak before running 3rd in a Stakes. She followed that up with  yet another stakes win with a 105SF. Has ran 2nd in stakes in her last 2 starts with a high of 101SF in them. Really nice horse who will play a role. Likes to set the pace and jump ahead and roll on. She has the class to do it.

Seeking Perfection is a daughter of Galileo at 7/1. In 15 starts he has had 7 wins and 5 placings for $910,000. The number 22 Dirt Classic Female in the game she is the only graded winner in the field. She won 2 stakes 6 or 7 starts back before 1 ¼ length Grade I Win. Ran 6th Last start in a GI. Likes to get back midpack and sprint home near the end. She was a really nice 3yo who is going places. I think this is the filly to beat in the field.

Catonahotinroof is a daughter of Storm Cat at 7/1. In 29 starts she has had 9 wins and 10 placings for $334,000. She ran 2nd in a GI 5 starts back coming off 3 Allowance wins. 2 starts later ran 2nd in a GIII. Last start was a 3rd place in a G3 with a 103SF. Likes to be up near the front pack of the field and likes to sprint pass them in the finish. If she gets back to her form late last year she will play a major role. Nice horse here who could be a threat.

Otto History is a daughter of Deputy Minister at 11/1. In 4 starts she has had 3 wins and a second for $65,000. Won her first 2 starts before running 1st in a Allowance with a 105SF. Last start she ran 2nd in a G3 with a 105SF. Likes to lead and run them off their legs and say “CATCH ME IF YOU CAN” but there are other leader’s in this race who will make a early ding dong battle. Real nice horse with a tough task but could win. Hard to tell on Allowance form.

Involvedd is a daughter of Java Gold at 13/1. In 33 starts she has 8 wins and 15 placings for $369,000. Running well in stakes lately but 2 starts back won a Stakes by 1 length with a 95SF. Very consistent filly and has a nice chance in this field but I cant see her winning this race.

Seascape is a daughter of Cape Town and is the 9/2 favourite in the 14 horse field. In 28 starts she has 6 wins and 12 placings for $263,000. Won 2 stakes on the trot not that long ago but has been running consistently of late. Last start was 2nd in a Stakes with a 99SF. I don’t think she can win but should definetly be their for the finish with the top runners.

My Love Phyl is a daughter of Kingmambo and is 20/1 in this race. In 14 starts she has had 4 wins and 8 placings for $94,000 in Prizemoney. A nice allowance horse who ran 2nd in a Stakes last time out with a 90SF but I don’t think she is anywhere near the top runners in this field. Just filling numbers.

Cookie Barn is a daughter of Kingmambo and is 8/1. In 23 starts she has had 8 wins for 10 placings with a $392,000 in Prizemoney. This mare is ranked 31 in the Dirt Older Mares Classic division. Was a very nice 3yo with Graded placings. In her last 2 starts they have both been Stakes where she has ran 2nd in them all. Ran 94 and 97 Speed Figures for both of them. Nice horse who could play a role.

Givemeroses is a daughter of Point Given and is 13/1. In 17 starts she has 4 wins and 8 placings for $86,000 in earnings. Only a Allowance horse really. Did win a Allowance with a 103 4 starts back. Last win was a Allowance 2 starts back. Cant see it coming top 5.

Barb’s Denise is a daughter of Shaadi and is 27/1. In 54 starts she has 10 wins and 13 placings for $214,000. Not a very fast horse anymore and is really heavely raced. Best run of late was 2 starts back when 1st in a Allowance by 3 lengths. Needs Luck to run well.

December Shadow is a daughter of A.P. Indy and is at 12/1 on the tote. Trained by topicount2 this mare has had 14 starts, 5 wins and 7 placings for $81,000 in Prizemoney. Hasn’t been out of the Top 5 in her last 5 starts which is always good to hear. Winning allowances nicely a few starts ago but ran fantasticly last time out running 2nd in a Stakes with a 103SF. I don’t think she is entirely up to the  class but she should put a bold showing.

Fall Classic is a daughter of Deputy Minister and is at 15/1 on the tote. Trained by fatattack this mare has had only 4 starts with 3 wins and 1 placing for $94,000 in earnings. She won her first 3 starts all MSW or Allowances by 1 or 2 lengths with a high of a 99 Speed Figure. Although in defeat last start was really good running 2nd in a Allowance with a 102SF. Lightly raced and hard to tell its fate but all in all a very nice horse in the making. Tough task ahead though.

Bush Wins Again is a daughter of Tiznow and is at 12/1 on the tote. Trained by Waremblem1 this mare has had 14 starts for 3 wins and 8 placings with $179,000 in earnings to show. This filly has been running really well in both Allowance and Stakes ranks. Last win was 6 starts back in a Allowance with a 99SF. Since then has come Top 5 in all starts very impressively. 3 starts back she ran 3rd place in a tough Stakes field with a 98SF to boast despite losing by over 6 lengths. Last time out she ran 3rd in a Allowance. Very nice horse but im not sure if she is up to the class of this field. She could come into play at the end. If she sits off the pace id say she has a chance.

Their we go, all 14 contestants!!!! Looks a very tough field despite only 1 graded winner in the field. The two Top 50 ranked horses look really strong but there are plenty of horses who have been running great in stakes and placings in Graded Stakes. Plus theirs the two fillies who have identical light record of 4 (3-1-0). I have to go with Seeking Perfection as she has done it all before and is highest ranked. Second is a tough one with Distant Shade & Cookie Barn. Also you cant rule out Otto History and Fall Classic who are lightly raced and have been running well in Allowances.

Good Luck to all Jockey, trainers, horses and spectators!!! Its going to be an awesome day at Kentucky with 3 graded stakes.
