Julie Krone G1

Good luck to the field of 20 here for the Julie Krone G1 over 1 mile on the dirt!

Post 1:             24/1 TOMS MYSTICAL MONK(IRE)– (ts1442)

5yo mare by Not Impossible (IRE) with 32 races for 7 wins.  Reasonably good form coming into this coming back onto the dirt.  Fantastic odds for the class that this one has. Certainly a chance if its her day.

Post 2:             14/1 MAXIMUM EXPOSURE –(aces1211)

Another 5yo mare with 21 races for 8 wins.  Jumping up in class here but certainly deserves a run in this great race and can put on the speed if needed as her recent form suggests.  Should push the leaders.

Post 3:             16/1 HOTRUSH-(rcdlogan)

Been out of form recently this one with the trainer opting for a run on the turf last time out without much success. Back to the dirt now where she is comfortable and proven over this distance. Will need a good run.

Post 4:             9/1 VEGAS-(imatiger)

6yo mare with over a million bucks in prize money in her career.  Very classy mare this one with some big speeds and coming off a win.  Big chance here.

Post 5:             5/1 HOMECOMING DANCE – (baileybarn)

This one is all class with 2 big wins including last time out sp of 110 which is not the first time that she has reached those speeds.  Equal favourite for the race suggests she will have plenty of punters backing her across the line.

Post 6:             19/1 SLOTH – (biznes)

4yo filly by Pulpit here from the famous Queensland residency.  In form backing up after a win last time out.  Good odds for the punters so get your money on this one people.

Post 7:             30/1 SILENT KILL  – (unionave)

Another of the young guns trying to prove the old ones are past it.  Had a particularly good run on the CR Racers Ride the Silver Train allowance race and will need to reproduce that run for a chance here.

Post 8:             5/1 SWIFT KICK – (sdmf2)

Second favourite and she’s a young 4yo filly here.  17 races for 8 wins she looks very dominant out on the race track.  Ready to give them all a swift kick here I think this one looks like she has the class, speed and form to take this one out.

Post 9:             12/1 WHITENER – (astin)

By Deputy Minister with 13 wins in her 25 race career. Very very good odds considering her form and history on the track.  You can hardly go wrong by backing this one and would have to keep it in mind for the places.

Post 10:           21/1 HELL FIRE – (kevoman)

Jumping up in class here is Hell Fire a 4yo filly by Mineshaft.  Has performed well at the allowance level and Stakes level and will need to jump up another gear here to have any chance.

Post 11:           23/1 MATRONI ET MOI – (frosty)

Lightly raced 5yo mare which is coming off a shocking run last time out which probably accounts for her higher odds.  Ignore that and you have a history of good solid running each time out. Gives her heart out and will push the leaders.

Post 12:           29/1 JEERAVAKA- (bayourace)

9 races, 4 wins, 4yo filly.  Although run mainly at the allowance level can get into gear when the pressure is put on.   This is her chance to prove she belongs here at the elite level.

Post 13:           26/1 ROTONDA – (sansebas)

Another of the long odds hopefuls in this race is Rotonda, a 4yo filly by Alysheba.  Couldn’t perform last time out at G3 level and may well struggle here to keep up with the pace.

Post 14:           36/1 MOON OF CAIRO – (zipchippy)

Being the longshot of this race there is no pressure on this one and that may come to help on the  track.  With nothing to prove she has a good chance of upsetting a few runners here.

Post 15:           15/1 TETE GRAND END(IRE) – (wisbyzews)

Has drawn an outside barrier and will need to make a speedy start to stay in touch.  Has the goods and talent to run though and may have a chance of making the places and money.

Post 16:           12/1 DARSHAAN BOLD(IRE)- (titje)

Good odds, good mare and certainly deserves a run here with a realistic chance of taking it out.  This is where the punters can make their fortunes by making this one.  Very good chance of a place and even a win.

Post 17:           16/1 GREEN FUTURE – (nsw)

Another of the classier horses that is out of form at the moment.  At very good odds if she can get her form back as she will be push for the win if her previous runs are anything to go by.  A good chance to upset the favourites here.

Post 18:           21/1 TOP TIER TIGER – (delta2tigr)

Another of the hopefuls at shorter odds than would have been expected.  She can obviously run with a sp of 106 in allowance company and needs to do that here.  Could surprise here.

Post 19:           29/1 COPENHAGEN AGAIN – (wistful3)

5yo mare by Danehill who has been running mainly in allowance races of late with any success.  Few attempts at G1 races but has been able to perform there. Another chance here to prove what she is made of.

Post 20:           13/1 MS. MAKER – (twistystix)

One of the expected frontrunners in this race and she likes to be in the top 2 or 3 on the way around.  Will have to make an exceptional start having drawn the outside barrier of all.
