The Triage Distaff Grade III
1. 30951 REBEL YELL N lordpye(owner) 2/1. A 5yo mare by War Chant is the favoritee in here. She has run at this distance twice, coming in 4th in a stakes last year and winning a stakes two back by 7+ lengths. Coming off a 2nd in A GII last time out at 12f. Her SP’s have dropped this year but are still good enough to win this.
2. 77383 TETE MAREA(IRE) sabbath4 10/1. A 3yo filly by Sligo Bay. Since breaking her maiden eight back, she has run in 2 long distance allowance races wehere she won easily, however ran in 5 races consisting of stakes and graded stakes where she has done badly in. Might come in bottom part of the field.
3. 38163 ALLEGEDLY IRISH breednsell 6/1. A 6yo mare by Cozzene is the eldest in here. In 44 career races she’s run in 3 long distance races. Ran in one last time out which was at this distance and won by 7 1/2 lengths. If she’s near the lead she usually does well, and there only seems to be one other front running horse, so it could help her. She can probably make 4th or 5th.
4. 50730 BLACK TIE DANCER(IRE) dochobo 3/1. A 5yo mare by Black Tie Affair. She’s the front runner in here along with #3. She just really started running in these long distance races since seven back and coming in the top 3 in all except the only graded event she’s been at this distance. If she gets the lead she can probably wire these since only one horse is going to probably contest her. I see a top 3 finish.
5. 93021 GETALOADOFTHIS fab19 6/1. A 3yo filly by Distorted Humor. She has run in 12 races this year and came in the top 3 eleven times. She also has only run in a long distance race once which was her last race which was also at this distance. She stayed near the pace and then drew away to win by almost 5 lengths in that 14f stakes race. In 15 career races that was the only race where she stayed so close to the pace, if she can do that again she’ll probably finish 3rd or 4th a best.
6. 77450 AZTEC TORPEDO globalsim 5/1. A 4yo filly by Alzao. In all 16 of her turf races this year she has come in the top 3 not to mention she was on a 8 race win streak. She has also finished 1st or 2nd in all of her long distance races this year however never running at this distance. She likes to close from behind, there about 2 maybe 3 horses who are frontrunners so maybe it can help her. A top 3 performance looks likely.
7. 90999 TETE HIGH MOON(IRE) sabbath3 9/2. A 3yo filly by Moon Ballad. In 13 career starts she has been in a two long distance races. A G1 where she finished 5th and a regular stakes where she won easily. Her SP’s have been consistent at around 90’s lately, just fired off a 101 finishing 2nd in the 10f GSR Oaks last time out. She’s also a closer, so the fast pace will help her. I think she might have a chance to win this.
