Polisheyev Trying To Get Revenge On Main Rival Gweneth(IRE)

AZ, Race ID 2720.1510 : The FAITHS RISING STAR Memorial Stakes Fillies and mares, 3 years old, A mile and three quarters on the Firm Turf Course, Purse : $60,000-

1.Gweneth(IRE)-8/5- 21/5/7/2

She is coming off of an impresive wire-to-wire victory in The Mother Babe Bonanza at 14 furlongs. Now needs to repeat that against a slightly tougher field and run the same distance in a much faster time. Only if she does then she will have a good shot and it will certainly help if she gets loose on the lead.

2.Polisheyev-5/2- 14/4/1/3

What an odd coincidence!!!! Gweneth(IRE) and this one both were in the Mother Babe Bonanza with Polisheyev chasing in second the whole way and Gweneth won by a length on the wire. Will be extremely interesting to see if the trainer slightly changes the jockey instructions and things are turned around or if the anger between the two will kill them both.

3.Sunken Paradise-6/1- 16-4-0-0

Poor horse. She was a champion until the Computer took over her reins. Just got 40 lengths back in last race which was a 4 horse allowance. Now her best SP would be a 67, no chance. Deserves to be triple the odds she is at least.

4.Gold Labelle- 6/5- 23/5/3/6

A win would be hard for this horse unless the leaders kill themselves because this one is a very deep closer with an inconsistent record. Just got 11th in a stakes race and before that 3rd in an allowance although the 6 furlong stretchout and the short field make her chances much bigger. Good chance at winning this.
