Today our first subject will be my Favorite sim and Aussie sire FLYING SPUR (AUS).

Ok now let’s check out his own real life race record to give you an idea of this horse’s ability on the track, which I’m sure you’ll be most impressed with.

As you can see Flying Spur was a versatile horse winning anywhere from 1000m (5f) to 1900 (9.5f) and always raced in top company in his short career against the best horses of his age.Including his win in the richest 2yo race in the world

STC Golden Slipper S-G1, Rosehill (1200m)

Now his stud career so far

FLYING SPUR entered stud in Australia in 1996 and in Ireland in 1997. Champion Australian First Crop Sire; Champion NZ 2YO Sire. He is sire of 582 progeny to race, 353 winners (60.6%), earnings of $34.9 million, 37stakes winners, 38 stakes placegetters.

Ok so now let’s have a look at how this horse has performed in the sim thus far as a sire.

So far he has sired 169 horses in the sim.

They have competed in 1,931 races.

Winning 219 of the 1,931.

Amassing $5,490,297 in prizemoney.

Well I hope you got to know Flying Spur a little better.

In closing I would say given the right mares and access to decent bloodlines by sim players, he has the versatility to become a real force in the sim in coming years
