Card Exchange Tracker (March Update)

I’d like to start by first thanking everyone who has taken the time to report their card exchange results through the tracking form. The results are available live as data comes in on the shared Google Sheets and I will look to provide other updates as trends emerge.

Disclaimer

Before going into the results, I will start with the disclaimer that the actual hidden rating of sires is not a part of the sire tiers (A to G) as noted by our Supreme Leader (aka Mike):

“Sires are put into tiers based on several measures, but actual rating is NOT one of them. The components used are –

Historically, how well the sire has performed in the game (this number is tied to lowest cost a sire share can reach). So some older sires will be rated higher than their counterparts based on this.

Also, the popularity of Sire Shares acquired historically will be used. So some lesser used sires will be in brackets lower than their actual skill.

Finally, recent Sire Share acquisition is taken into account. Sires that are being acquired more often are rated higher than those that are not being acquired as often.

These ratings are very dynamic, and change with every share acquired (Sires, DSire, and DDSire are rated separately). So yes – some of the newer sires or rerated sires may appear lower than they are really rated within the game, and some older sires will be rated a bit too highly. Do NOT take these ratings at complete face value – they should be a good guide for newer users to get acclimated with sires and their levels within the game, but they cannot be used to directly rate one sire versus another.”

Based on the data so far, its hard to draw conclusion as there is limited exchange results for DD and above exchanges. However looking at the overall data it appears that 19% of the exchanges got a bump and 6.9% percent of exchanges got the lucky double bump.
