This race has been labeled the Crowning of the Duke for 2yold Sprinters. ‘Potential’ is a nasty word for 2year olds, but that’s what faces us today. All these horse have the potential to win this race.
Major Mud(16/1) isn’t out of this race, but he will need to do something special as will Ncaa Champs (6/1).There are basically two horses on form who will challenge for the title of ‘The Duke of Sprint’ Heavy Choice(2/1) and Greeley’s Indy(5/2). Tall Cool One looks like the next best, closely followed by Phantom Gold(5/1) and Greeley’s Indy(5/1)

he hasn’t shown the form that will need to win a stakes race yet. Will need to improve if he is to follow in his older brothers footsteps.

A promising 2yold colt. showed some early career form over 6furlongs, but since then has been disappointing. Might need some rest before resuming next campaign.

Looks upbeatable based on his recent form. A little unlucky not to have won a stakes by now. last 2 starts ran 2nd in both stakes. Well rest and looks the good to take out his first stakes. Will hit the line hard!!!
