Ackland Lovers Stakes GII

Welcome to New Zealand for the running of the Ackland Lovers Stakes Grade III Seven furlongs Firm Turf $75,000 Fillies and mares, 3 years old and up. A field of six runner goes to the wire here. Sadly non of these trainers used the top quality jockeys from the hawkz stables P Rosportz or Z Hawkz which will make their task much harder. Anyway lets look at the field of top fillies and mares.

1 7393 GIMLET CREME(JPN) guzzler S Dahl 4/1

Cold Is A Myth trains this 3yrold filly by TANINO GIMLET (JPN) x ANABAA x CREME DELA CREME. This brown filly has raced 14 times for 8 great wins and $408,809 she won 3 and was placed twice at 2yrs including The RONCAL(IRE) Special-Stk 7f winning in a stunning 90sp. A back runner she will love the small field here.

2 156967 AVIE’S MAGIC(CA) alozon T Mooney 7/1

Freaks Stables Inc. aka deuce1 from Queensland trains this Californian girl a 4yrold mare by UNUSUAL HEAT x SKY CLASSIC x LORD AVIE she has raced 22 times winning 6 of them $168,305 won a stakes race at 2yrs The CROOKED CARSON Special-Stk 6f 76sp most racing since has been in allowance company and her owner may have picked the right time to try graded racing in this smallish field. Odds makers think she has a fine chance and sp’s suggest they are right. Will run close to the pace and take some stopping.
