Race 2 New South Wales
Hello everyone and welcome to New South Wales. Twelve horses will do battle in the second race for the day. A NW2T allowance over 1700m on Dirt for a $40,500 prize money for all 4yo horses. I know it’s no big race, so you may ask why would I cover it? Well the biggest reason is because my horse is in the race. You know why is my best horse and I love him. I am sure I’m not the only one that shares that view about their horse. It is important that we realise each horse is important and yes it may only be running in an allowance, but a good result in any type of race will bring you joy and happiness. So let’s take a closer look at the field and see what stats we can find. PP#1

A 4yo mare who was claimed for $7,500 in her last race. Has been racing in weaker class and is coming up against the males today. Hasn’t missed a placing on the distance, and knows how to win. Good luck to the new owner and trainer, but will struggle here.

Bred as a 3yo and has been racing on turf, but hasn’t missed a place on dirt. Has won on the distance on dirt but seems to like it longer. This horse is hard to rate because he hasn’t raced on dirt for a year. Maybe a place chance at best.
