This filly is coming off of a place finish in her last race in stakes company and had her top speed number of 96 at 8f in a recent allowance win. A great run of wins and places it looks like she is a pace setter, it will be interesting to see how she matches up with the filly in PP1.

The 2nd Stakes winner in this race and the co-favorite, this filly is coming off of a stakes win and two allowance wins (are we going streaking down the quad?). Out of stakes winner WELL MAYBE SOON, she has hit her top speed of 97 in her last two races. As a closer will she beat the likely pace setters SHADY STATE and GEN Z? Can she out close DUBAIWA. I think she might have it… will these three fillies set a new speed record for the horses in this race? I think that is pretty much certain.

This filly had extended to 8.5f in recent races, but those races were sandwiched with two wet race victories at 8f. Her most recent speed number in an 8f allowance is 95 (in yielding). She appears to be a stalker so if she can keep up with the pace she might have a chance.

Progressing from maiden to allowance to stakes win (the 3rd stakes winner in this race), we don’t get to see that too often. She hasn’t run in 8f, but has the top speed number of 99 at 8.5f from her last race. She has closed and set the pace, so she will be a wild card in that sense…

This should be an incredible race… even the longshot is a reasonable bet (though still an obvious longshot in this group). Will DUBAIWA set the pace or close? I think she will be in the mix, but will be out kicked by ANGELO NERO. I think SHADY STATE will be the pace setter with GEN Z getting out run from the gate. Can’t wait to see the results!
