14 FOR THE WINTER CUP

Three million dollars are up for grabs in the Japan Winter Cup going 13 Furlongs, 14 horses going down to take part in this contest, horses from all over the world want to mark there name down into the history book. we see the likes of some of the top Trainer Simsters Sabbath with two horses Kashbarn, Bbt, Nickesydtop just to name a few and all have a chance to win so with no further due lets take a look at the field.

#     Horse……………. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 1   NATE DOGG     ENG     5M     simsters11     K Banner         8/1

Nate Dogg   a 5yo bay horse out of NATHANIEL (IRE) x DANEHILL x DUBAI MILLENNIUM visit the winners circle 11 time from 27 starts is Owned and Trained by the inform stable of Simsters who has two runners, But this Nate Dogg who as done well in his stakes races was send up in class to run in the Expensive Jalopy was very early from the gate open turning for home and when ask to run find himself one pace in the stretch and fade back into 6th position by 11L went on to ran second in the Jockey’s Weapon in Italy and stay there to win the Sunken Treasure Turf Endurance Stakes by a smashing 3 3/4L so much have a chance here.

#     Horse………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 2   DARIEL           AUS     3M     dragonrider7     T Small         11/1

Dariel   Put his name into the history book when he upset in the Ark De Comicdog with speed of 118 and winning by 1 1/4L beating some of his best rivals here at odds of 20.53 but since then as been beaten in two G1 race in the Breeders Bowl Turf and the Japan classic, but if he can bring back that form he had in the Japanese Derby he is going to take a mockery out of this field.

#     Horse…………………… Bred….. A/S……..Owner……Jockey……….Odds
# 3   TETE ANGLET          FR          4M          sabbath5      R Gibson     14/1

Tete Anglet  looking to lost his form where the big ones is concern lost all of his G1 races to date but shown a promising run in the Longchamp marathon where he finish second by 3/4L was beaten by most of these horses in his G1 races and i am not looking for him to turn the table around here.

#     Horse………………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 4   TETE MATTIAS      IRE     5M     sabbath            N Labreche      14/1

Tete Mattias   He has not won a G1 race in the pass and now getting older i cant see him winning here against these top horses he has done well in G2 and earn himself over a little more than $1.25 million dollars is still looking good and might earn himself a little money here.

#     Horse…………………………… Bred….. A/S…..Owner…..Jockey…….Odds
# 5   PENNIES WELL SPENT    KY        4M     swale          B Wu        12/1

Pennies well spent   This is the horse i really like although look to broken down in the Japan Classic under poor management i really wonder what the Trainer was thinking. but showing his true class in the Breeders Bowl Turf when getting up in time to snatch victory by a head show that he is a champion. won 11 from 24 starts he is going to prove very hard to beat.

#     Horse…………………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 6   STREETS OF SIN        KY        4M     simsters5      L Radzinski      4/1

Streets of Sin  One of the favorite in the betting who knows how to win, won the Singapore Cup in China very easy with speed of 120 before that he was second in the Eclipse Stakes after making some ground in the final stages and was beaten 2 1/2L. my only concern is that he never pass 11 furlong before, is bred to get the distant but can he really stay with all these big horse to put him to the test we will all find out soon.

#     Horse…………………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 7   START SHAKING       NZ     5M        judesheen           D  Givins       9/2

Start Shaking   Never look back from the gate open and ran out a very easy winner with one of his favorite rider in the saddle in the Japan Classic with speed of 118 in a 20 horse field, as done his fare share  of winning to do his trainer proud and winning over $6 million in purse money. was beaten in the Ark De Comicdog by no other than { Dariel} but turn the table back in the Japan Classic so i am looking for these two to fight it out for the major share.

#     Horse……………………………… Bred….. A/S…….Owner……..Jockey…….Odds
# 8  TWENTY ONE HUNDRED    FR     3M       lasthope1       J White        22/1

Twenty One Hundred   A 3yo colt who is still looking for that breakthrough to win a G1 was a winner in his last G2 race by 6L but finding it hard with the big boys only won 3 out of his 10 starts and at the present time will still find it hard here.

#     Horse…………………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner……..Jockey…….Odds
# 9  CHAP’S GROOM          IRE      5M           bbt               R Pollard      9/1

Chap’s Groom  Was not disgrace in the Japan Classic when finish third by 6 1/2L coming from a long way of the pace and at 9/1 thats a very good price going a furlong longer, won the Canada Turf by 2 1/2L going 12f i think he has a very good chance a going one better this time around.

#     Horse…………………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 10  DARK MANDU         IRE        6M     wyndaway28    O Sweeney    13/1

Dark Mandu   Horse of the year campaigner who is finding it difficult to stand up to the younger horses, was third last year by 1 3/4L to the likes of  BARZALONA , IMPACTANTE MAKO , and DARK MANDU not in the best of form now and will find it difficult to find a place.

#     Horse…………………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 11  DARK INDIAN              KY     3M         alimitos1       GD Mate       28/1

Dark Indian   was a winner last time out in the vicky Derby by 1L with speed of 114 getting into tip top form now and could upset at a big price at 28/1 owned by the Alimitos stable and with GD Mate ask to ride and thing can happen.

#     Horse…………………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 12 OLD TIME KASH        KY     4M     kashbarn            F Gossett        6/1

Old Time Kash   with champion jockey aboard looking very well, was a good winner in the Fall Tent show by 3 1/2L with a 119 speed figure, ran some useful race in his last four races. is still in Japan and if bring his A game could show them a clean pair of heels into the stretch with Gossett in the saddle.

#     Horse…………………………………. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 13   COMEBACK YESTERDAY    IRE        3M     nickesydtop2    Z Kentucky     13/1

Comeback Yesterday   A very good three year old who was disappointed in the japan Classic and was never a factor beaten 21L into 18 position something must have went wrong or he never get going, before that he romp the Japanese Saint Legend by 3 1/2L with a 111 speed figure, is in good form just now and will give a good run for your money with the extra furlong.

#     Horse……………….. Bred….. A/S…….Owner……….Jockey…….Odds
# 14   TAPORIS              KY       4M        asrstar2          T Ace       38/1

Taporis   The outsider in the betting looking to love the long distant and still looking for that big G1 win, was a winner last time in the Rapid Grey Turf Stayer going 16 furlong a very good horse but this trip might be a bit too short and might found wanted for more run, he likes to be in front but with these horses he wont find it his own way this time.

My pick i am taken my chances with # 5, 2, 7

I really am going to have to stop reading these piece of sh*t write ups … seems to be a free bashing forum that writers get paid for!

I will manage my horses, poorly or otherwise, the way I want to gooddude.
