Welcome Race Fans to Argentina for the Grand Carlos G1 race 8 runners going down to the gate for this $1,500,000 12 furlong event for 3 Years Olds and Older. we are expecting a good race. so let take a quick look at the field now.

#     Horse………………… Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 1    ROBKEL                 ENG     3M       nycowboy     D Ledwith      17/1

Robkel was eating dust two races back that was left by Tune Up going 10 fulong in the Big Red Stakes when finish 12th by a good 16 1/4L then drop all the way down to a $29,200 NW2s Allowance and could only manage 2nd by 4 3/4L. he is still young and Owned and Trained by big Trainer Nycowboy and with a change of riding now in the saddle you could see him getting real close this time around.

#     Horse………………… Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 2  MAWAWI                 ENG     5M     lidman0          M Liddleski    6/1

After running 113 speed figure in the Royal Roo Turf Memorial when finish second has not done much for his trainer in the 13 furlong Equinics. came back in the Winchester Park Cup and beaten 7 1/2L into 5th. as not been working good in the morning coming off a long break 3 races back and maybe still lame is not my choice.

#     Horse………………… Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 3   MOSTACHO            IRE     4M     argentino4         J Castillo      9/2

Good looking Colt who win 3 out of his 4 starts this year is in tip top shape and is sharp for this race won the G2 Einstein Stakes in Germany and was second in the Equinics in Brazil. he won races all over the Globe and now come to Argentina for this big one. the Owner has ask top Jockey J. Castillo to ride once again and he will not go down without a fight.

#     Horse…………………. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 4   TOM SEAVER          IRE     4M        nymets73         A Jolly         5/1

After winning the Patito Turf early this year was send up in class and did not show any class at all. came back two races back in a Allowance NW2 going over 10 furlong and ran out a easy winner. also won a $75,000 Allowance going 12 furlong in a 6 horse field and won by 3/4L. now ask to put out his best here and at 5/1 should have a very good chance to win here.

#     Horse………………. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 5  KEPLER XII ZIU    IRE     3M          marre            C Hayes         7/1

A million dollar Colt who march his way to the Paris Grand Prix in a big field of 14 horses and ran away with the Prizein fine style. aslo was second in the Japanese and the Irish Derby by 4 length this colt should not be taken lightly although beaten in the Saint Legend should bounce back to form right away and at 7/1 this is a very good prize to make some money.

#     Horse…………………. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 6   SUNDAY SON         JPN        4M     baffsbeasts       H Artack      7/2

Sunday Son winning his last two races very easy and now traveling back to that part of the world where he as won before. when pulling away by 3 1/2L in the Coominya Duds Turf Stayer. won the Kool Thing Turf Special and the Kepler Sin Turf Stayer is fit and sound but still need to find more here i think.but at 7/2 in the morning line must have some good backers here.

#     Horse…………………. Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 7  PHI THETA KAPPA   KY     4M       pinerivers       N Bonus         7/2

Seem to be finding it very hard to visit the Graded winners circle. as been all over the world with no luck. he has only win one race so far this year needed some rest for this i think and at 7/2 thats a risk for my money. but this is horse racing we are talking about and any number can play but not my money.

#     Horse…………………………… Bred….. A/S…….Owner…………Jockey…….Odds
# 8  SHAMPAGNE FOR ALL     IRE     4M           chix           B F Abman       6/1

A 4yo who as finally come good when winning the Loxley G3 Stakes by 2 1/4L. was beaten in the Einstein Stakes by Mostacho. came back to win the Bayside Triumph by 1 1/2L same place in Germany then move on to Ireland for the Champion Stakes and was out pace and finish 6th by 7 1/4L is in good condition and cannot be left out .
