Spotlight Tipsheet Kentucky 9/14

Seven races carded for Kentucky so the Spotlight heads there as the journey around all the race tracks continues.    Fast conditions are expected…..yeah!!!

3  GOLD INDY GOLD  7/1-Looking sharp lately popping 100+ speeds in last two.   Late closer gets this one.

7  FALSIFY   7/2-Drops out of listed stakes after three failed attempts, could find footing again.

10  REDOUTE’S LAW  4/1-Usually on board with turf starts, can get there again.

 

Race 2  Allowance  Race ID : 1739201

3 I DID IT MYSELF  8/1-Impressive win in last and goes extra half furlong.  Wide open event and up for grabs.

1 VERDICT DECLARED  16/1-Nice improvement in last two with second and win with speed advancing, maybe breaking out.

7  SMASHING GALILEO  6/1-Pushing out 100+ speeds of late, ITM 4 of last 5 with one off board in stakes.  Adds to trifecta value.

 

Race 3   Allowance  Race ID : 1736596

1  DEATHBEDCONFESSION  1/9-Can walk around the track and win this one.

3  HOLY GREY RULER  24/1-Best of rest in small field.

 

Race 4   Allowance   Race ID : 1725057

1  DUN WITH MALICE  7/2-Wins every other race.  This is the win that comes next.

3  MOUTH OF DA SOUTH  6/1-Earned win when making switch to grass in last, could be a love affair.

4  HANNA’S BOSS  5/1-Also got win on dirt (good) when switching in last, may like both surfaces.

 

Race 5  Allowance  Race ID : 1720031

3  WATCH THE APPROACH  4/1-Finished second in last two when moving to dirt.  Time to go to winner’s circle.

4  RAIN TO THE FIRE  10/1-Nice improvement when moving back to dirt and going mile for first time.  May like longer better.

7  CENTRAL THOUGHT  16/1-Does the dirt/turf/dirt shuffle.  Has hit board in all dirt tries.

 

Race 6  MSW   Race ID : 1730291

10  SOCIAL GRINDER  4/1-Nice late charge to get second when going turf for first time.  Can get job done this time.

4  UNBRIDLED REWARD  6/1-Advanced to take second in last two and will be in the picture again.

2  CANDYPHOBIA  6/1-One career start was on the dirt, has some turf bloodline and may be a factor.

 

Race 7   MSW   Race ID : 1739210

12  CIENTIFICA  8/1-Faltered in dirt debut.  Goes turf and has nice breeding mix for both surfaces.  Grass may turn out to be preference and offers nice price in open event.

10  SOUTHERN MISSION  10/1-Was third in last on turf, most favorites in field are unraced and may give some edge to this experienced runner.

2  CATWALK KITTEN  3/1-I like the second favorite better than the favorite and choice is made solely on the bloodline.
